It feels great on my skin.
ConsIt's not widely available, and honestly, I'm not sure if it's as dramatic in its effects as some claim.

It's my first time trying a pharmaceutical company's skincare, and I must say it's quite impressive. The syringe-like packaging allows for hygienic application. The formula has a gel-like consistency with good viscosity, but it's not sticky at all and absorbs well into the skin. For my dry skin, it's perfect for hydration - it doesn't leave my skin feeling parched, but instead provides just the right amount of moisture. It's an ideal serum for replenishing hydration.
ConsI found the soothing effect a bit lacking. The high concentration of fermented ingredients didn't seem to agree with my skin - when I applied it, I experienced a slight burning sensation and my skin became a bit red and puffy. It seems I'll need to adjust the amount I use. If you have super sensitive skin, I'd recommend doing a patch test before using it fully.
TipIt worked even better when I used it together with a moisturizer.

It has no greasy feeling yet provides excellent hydration. The syringe-type packaging also seems very convenient to use.
ConsThere's not really anything bad to say, except maybe the small quantity...? As for wrinkle improvement, I'll need to use it longer to tell.
TipAfter smoothing your skin texture with toner, apply this followed by an emulsion. It really works hard to keep your skin deeply hydrated.

It felt clean and hygienic, which was a big plus. The secure locking mechanism gave me peace of mind about potential leaks. The hydration it provided was perfect for winter - I applied it to particularly dry areas before makeup, and my skin absorbed the products so much better.
ConsThe only downsides are the small quantity and I wish it was a bit more affordable.
TipWhen applying to dry areas before makeup, make sure to let it absorb completely. If you don't, you might experience pilling.

To really test this product, I used only a toner and this ampoule in the evenings for 5 days. Applying it a bit thickly, I didn't feel any dryness even without cream. In the morning, my skin was as smooth as a peeled egg. While I sometimes feel a tingling sensation with other products, this ampoule caused no irritation at all. I also love how it absorbs. It's neither too sticky nor too runny, so it doesn't drip when applied directly to the face. I appreciated how it spreads easily without leaving a sticky residue.
ConsI really like the functional design of the container that showcases its effectiveness. However, the volume is disappointing. As someone who usually buys 50ml or 70ml ampoules, the 10ml size was too small for me. Even though I only applied it (thickly) in the evenings, I used up the entire product by the 5th day. While I was very satisfied during use, the volume and price make me hesitant to purchase it again.
TipFor enhanced effectiveness, try keeping it in the refrigerator and using a gua sha tool to massage your forehead, eye area, and around the mouth after application. The cool sensation seems to improve absorption and boost the overall results.

Although I didn't notice any dramatic changes after a week of use, I plan to continue using it to help prevent deep dryness during the winter months.
Cons- The syringe-shaped packaging creates high expectations for effectiveness, but honestly, I couldn't see how it's better than a regular dropper. Also, you need to store it lying down to prevent leaks, which might be inconvenient for those who prefer to keep their skincare products upright on a tray.

I've been using the product for about a week since receiving it! The product is slightly stickier than I expected, so it felt a bit heavy for me as I prefer a light base before makeup. I ended up using it mostly as a night cream. The best thing I noticed while using it was how it really locked in deep hydration. I have combination dehydrated skin, so while the surface of my skin is oily like someone with oily skin, the inside is always dry with a feeling of tightness. When my skin lacks moisture, I usually get small bumps on my forehead, but after using this product, those bumps have significantly reduced. Also, the ingredients are so gentle that I could use it with confidence! My skin is super sensitive and usually reacts badly to harsh or poor-quality ingredients, but I had no worries at all with this product. Since it's an anti-aging product, I used it together with my mom. She said it was nicely moisturizing without being too heavy, making it easy to use. I also told my mom that she could use the silicone tip like a gua sha tool. At night, she massages from behind her ears down to her neckline, and in the morning, she uses it under her eyes and on her nasolabial folds to reduce facial puffiness. It seems like a product that can be used effectively in many ways! As someone sensitive to fragrances, I really appreciated that it's unscented! I also liked that it comes in a syringe-like container, which makes for hygienic use.
ConsOne downside I found while using it is that you have to lay the product down... Even if it's just slightly upright, the product doesn't come out well. Also, the amount seems a bit small...? While it's not a product you slather on generously, the quantity seems small compared to the price.

Its syringe-like design makes it convenient to use without getting product on your hands. When you press the applicator, it dispenses a consistent amount, allowing for easy and precise application to targeted areas. Even when I'm tired and my skin usually flares up with allergies in the evening, causing me to scratch and make a mess, the Fusimedic Repair Shot prevented flare-ups. It absorbed well into my skin, and despite my dry skin type, I felt moisturized without any deep dryness until morning.
ConsThe quantity is insufficient - I used it all up by the 10th day. Generally, it takes about a month of use to see changes in your skin. The amount provided is too small.
TipWithout any special method, I used it in order from thinnest to thickest consistency: toner, essence, eye cream, then moisturizer. Using it at the essence step prevented the formation of a cream barrier, allowing it to penetrate the skin better. It left a glossy glow without any sticky feeling.

I tried using just this ampoule without moisturizer and my skin didn't feel dry. It seems effective, but I'll need to use it more to be sure. It was great for my sensitive skin - no irritation or blemishes.
ConsThe quantity... 10ml? They say even one application helps strengthen the skin barrier, but 10ml isn't enough to really experience that. The packaging seems excessive for the amount. The scent is slightly medicinal.
TipIf you need to quickly repair your skin barrier, you might consider buying it thinking a use or two will improve things, but that's probably unrealistic.

I also appreciated that the ingredients didn't include any potential allergens. ✓ Despite having extremely dry skin, this anti-aging ampoule kept my skin hydrated without needing to layer additional essences or serums. It even seemed to address deep dryness. ✓ The syringe-type packaging allows for easy control of the amount dispensed, eliminating worries about dispensing too much at once. ✓ I loved that I could apply it directly to my skin using the applicator tip, avoiding getting the product on my hands.
Cons✓ The texture is stickier than expected immediately after application, with a slight oiliness that makes it challenging to use right before makeup or in the morning. (While it has a gel-like consistency, it takes quite a while to absorb fully) ✓ Despite being an ampoule, it doesn't absorb as quickly as one might expect. Those who dislike a rich finish or have skin prone to blemishes when exposed to excess oil might not find it suitable. ✓ The instructions recommend storing it horizontally to prevent leakage, which takes up more space than vertical storage would.
Tip✓ For those with dry skin: Use the applicator tip (though it's a bit small to call it a massage tip) to gently roll the product over your entire face. This technique leaves your complexion with a beautiful glow. ✓ For those with oily or acne-prone skin: Apply a small amount only to necessary areas, allow it to absorb fully, then finish your skincare routine with a light moisturizer.
