I couldn't go without applying this because my redness would flare up otherwise. I've been struggling with redness and irritation from using various products with vitamin C and retinol that were supposed to be good for my skin. I ended up throwing everything else away and going back to my old products, which helped a bit. But this product definitely reduces my redness, so I keep repurchasing it. After trying it on and off multiple times, I'm now convinced of its effectiveness in managing my super sensitive skin. The amount is wickedly small! I want to apply it generously, but only 10ml? I bought this at the pharmacy and it's really moisturizing and soothing. It feels great on my skin. This is my go-to product when my sensitive skin flares up! Instead of rushing to the dermatologist, I generously apply this ampoule for 3-4 days, and it calms my skin right down. It's an absolute must-have in my skincare routine. I've gone through at least 6 bottles so far and always keep it stocked! There's not much to complain about, except maybe the small quantity. I don't use the gua sha part, so I wish they'd just put more product in a tube to increase the amount. I received this product as a gift from a friend. It's my first time trying a pharmaceutical company's skincare, and I must say it's quite impressive. The syringe-like packaging allows for hygienic application. The formula has a gel-like consistency with good viscosity, but it's not sticky at all and absorbs well into the skin. For my dry skin, it's perfect for hydration - it doesn't leave my skin feeling parched, but instead provides just the right amount of moisture. It's an ideal serum for replenishing hydration. I found the soothing effect a bit lacking. The high concentration of fermented ingredients didn't seem to agree with my skin - when I applied it, I experienced a slight burning sensation and my skin became a bit red and puffy. It seems I'll need to adjust the amount I use. If you have super sensitive skin, I'd recommend doing a patch test before using it fully. This cream is as gentle as they come. It's moisturizing, absorbs well, and has a great texture. I feel like anyone could use it without worrying about blemishes. It's incredibly mild on the skin. I can't say I noticed any specific effects. It seems decent enough for basic hydration though.

My sensitive skin requires gentle products. This one has a light, water-like texture that absorbs well without pilling. I apply it only to my smile lines before bed. It has a soothing effect on my combination dehydrated skin that's also sensitive. There's no greasy feeling at all. The amount is just too little, even for a small size. Even if I use it sparingly, I go through a whole bottle in less than a month... One pump is enough for application
