It has a nice skin-perfecting effect. The color and scent are pleasant too. The holographic packaging is cute and it's lightweight, making it convenient to carry around. I used it for about a year, but it caused itching around my nose and forehead area for my sensitive skin. You can get away with just applying this for your base makeup. - mi********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedNov 5, 2023
It brightens up your entire face, giving you a super smooth complexion. The best part? The color seems to get even prettier as time goes on! It doesn't have any sun protection, and it takes a bit of time to apply evenly along your skin texture. - su********Dry SkinRecommendedNov 29, 2022
What I love most is that it doesn't rub off on my mask! I'm so relieved. I tried another popular product from Olive Young, but it made me look like a geisha - way too pale! This one, however, brightens my complexion naturally, which I really appreciate. It absorbs quickly and has a lovely moisturizing effect. On days when I can't be bothered with a full face of makeup, it's perfect for a quick, light application before heading out. I've found that using this brightening moisturizer as a base before applying cushion foundation gives me an even more natural-looking glow and evens out my skin tone beautifully. The only downside is that it doesn't offer sun protection. It would be so much better if it had that feature as well. - fu*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 4, 2022
- Lives up to its 'glow' name. No dryness or emphasized dead skin cells - Beautiful brightening effect. Doesn't leave a chalky, flour-like finish - Great lasting power from morning commute to evening - Highly recommended for sallow complexions - No blemishes even on sensitive skin A must-have for the mask-wearing era! Wearing a mask all day at work made it impossible to wear makeup - it was so stuffy! As an alternative, I tried this brightening moisturizer and it's fantastic. True to its 'glow' name, it's not a cream that clings to dead skin or leaves a patchy finish. Instead, it applies smoothly like an emulsion, leaving a subtle radiance that makes your skin look more vibrant. I love that the brightening effect lasts from when I apply it in the morning until I leave work, without needing touch-ups. Just note that while it does brighten, it won't cover blemishes - it's purely for evening out skin tone. It works well even for oily skin types without causing excess oil or breakouts. While it's fine to use alone during these mask-wearing times, once we're back to normal, you probably can't go out with just this on. It doesn't cover dark spots, light hyperpigmentation, or blemishes - it truly focuses on evening out skin tone! - do********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 3, 2022
My skin is super sensitive and combination dehydrated, but I didn't experience any tingling or blemishes after applying this to my face! What I love most is how it absorbs so well - it's incredibly moisturizing and goes on smoothly. It gives a subtle glow without being excessive, and finishes with a slightly powdery feel, so it doesn't transfer much. I'm a big fan of the pump packaging too! The design is quite glamorous with its holographic finish. The fragrance... While I personally like it, it's listed as a caution ingredient, so I can't feel entirely positive about it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2021
After trying various tone-up creams from different brands, this one truly stands out. Here's why: • Unlike others, it doesn't leave a white cast or an artificial pale look. It's perfect for those who prefer a natural brightening effect rather than an extreme whitening. • The texture is exceptional. While it feels like an emulsion when applying, it has a powdery finish without being too matte. This means no cakiness or patchiness. • It gives your face a radiant look, almost like you're holding a reflector. People often comment that it makes you look like you're under perfect lighting - a testament to its natural brightening effect without any chalkiness. • The application is smooth, likely due to the brightening powder content. It absorbs well, leaving your skin feeling fresh and velvety, not powdery or heavy. There's not much to dislike, but if I had to nitpick: • The scent - It has a subtle baby powder fragrance that most people enjoy. However, some might find it off-putting. As someone with a sensitive nose, I didn't find it unpleasant. • No UV protection - This could actually be a plus. Sunscreens can sometimes cause blemishes, so you can apply your preferred sunscreen first, then layer this on top for added brightening. Even products claiming 'no pore-clogging' tend to settle into my pores, but this one doesn't when applied thinly. A light double layer enhances the glow (not oiliness) progressively. With mask-wearing, just applying it to your forehead over bare skin can make you look more polished and bright.
