3-Week Usage Review Absorption: ★★★★★ Effectiveness: ★★★★ Recommended Skin Type: Dry Review: The lightweight texture and moisturizing finish are totally my style. It absorbs well, making it great for layering. Drawbacks: While the absorption is good, I was hoping for more improvement in hyperpigmentation, freckles, and dark spots. After 3 weeks, I saw no change in these areas (not even subtle improvements). The price doesn't justify buying it just for its texture and absorption. I'll likely try a different product next time. It also didn't address deep dryness, so using it alone left my skin feeling dehydrated. I bought this during an Olive Young sale after seeing an influencer ad on Instagram, but I can't recommend it based on the results. Those with combination dehydrated skin should definitely use this with other products. Otherwise, it may leave your skin feeling dry. - fl********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 30, 2025
I have acne-prone skin with a lot of dead skin cells. Because of this, when I used to apply ointment-type products like Noscarnaⓡ, I sometimes experienced new breakouts. However, I loved its effectiveness, so I searched for products with similar ingredients and found this one! It's great for fading blemish marks and doesn't clog pores, which is fantastic! The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. But I guess that's unavoidable... I think it's because it's a functional product, so I'm just waiting for it to go on sale. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I appreciate that this product works hard to address multiple skin concerns without causing irritation. It absorbs well without feeling sticky, which is perfect for layering in my skincare routine. The fact that it doesn't clog pores is a huge plus for those of us prone to blemishes. - a0**********Normal SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 30, 2025
I always trust and use the Isntree gel cream, and I love it so much every time I use it that I bought it again. It's not as hydrating as a moisturizer, which makes it perfect to use before applying makeup. I think this is about my fifth jar, and I can definitely see that my blemishes have faded a lot since I started using it. Highly recommended! There's not really anything I dislike about it. If I had to pick something, I'd say it's slightly less hydrating than a regular moisturizer? It can feel a bit dry if you use this alone, so I recommend applying toner and serum 2-3 times before layering on the gel cream. - dl*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 30, 2025
I stumbled upon their foam cleanser by chance and loved it, so I decided to buy the cream from the same line. The texture of the cream feels like it would create a soft, velvety finish on the skin. I've noticed my redness has decreased too. On the first day of use, my skin reacted a bit, but after 2-3 days of consistent use, it's been amazing. It's perfectly moisturizing and gives a refreshing sensation. The only downside is the amount you get. I've been using it just once a day in the evening, but it's already running out. Using products from the same line - like the foam cleanser, oil, and cream - seems to create a great synergy effect. - eh********Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 30, 2025
I've always been unsure about my skin type, so I've been mixing and matching different products. When I saw this advertised on Instagram, I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, it turned out to be really good! It's the first time I've actually finished a whole bottle of a product, which says a lot. The application feels like it's coating your skin in a good way. While I'm not entirely sure about how well it absorbs, my skin texture has definitely improved, so I assume it's doing its job. My skin type has always been a mystery to me. I thought I had dry skin, but after half a day, it turns into an oil slick. Yet, it doesn't quite fit the oily skin type either, as matte products don't sit well and I only get blemishes. It's so confusing! That's why I end up trying so many different products. There's nothing I particularly dislike about this product. It seems to have helped with my blemishes, and overall, it works well for my skin. I applied this all over, gave my face a little massage, and then put on foundation. The result was a really nice skin finish. It felt a bit like a primer, helping to minimize the appearance of pores. - ji******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 30, 2025
After using it for a month, I can't really say there's anything special about it... It doesn't lather well. Those with extremely oily skin probably won't see much benefit. I've been using this product for a full month, hoping to see some remarkable results, but unfortunately, I'm left feeling a bit underwhelmed. While it's not necessarily bad, it hasn't impressed me either. One notable issue is its poor lathering ability, which might be a dealbreaker for some. If you have very oily skin, you might want to look elsewhere as this product likely won't provide the level of cleansing effectiveness you need. It seems better suited for those with normal to dry skin types. - ta*******Normal SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2025
Absorbs well and feels hydrating on the skin. I really appreciated that it's fragrance-free. I didn't notice any improvement in my dark spots. It feels a bit slippery on the skin. - zh********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedJun 29, 2025
The cream is moisturizing and soft, so it absorbs well. Plus, it feels so nice that it even lifts my mood! When applied, there's a slight sticky feeling that I can't ignore, which is a bit disappointing. It's great to use instead of a moisturizer before applying makeup. - jj********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJun 29, 2025
As someone with oily skin, I can't use heavy creams, so I really appreciated how this one finished with a refreshing feel. Unfortunately, I didn't see much effect on blemishes or their marks. - je************Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 29, 2025
The blemishes and dark spots have noticeably faded, and it absorbs really well! Being a gel type, it's perfect for layering in winter, while in summer a single application is light enough. Even those with oily skin can use it without worry. It also tackles deep dryness effectively, making it great to use before makeup. This has become my daily essential for all seasons! If you're expecting dramatic results overnight, you might be disappointed. It takes about two weeks of consistent use to see the blemishes fade, and for more significant improvements, you'll need to use it for over a month. For more intensive care of specific blemishes, try applying a thicker layer of the cream on those areas before bed. You'll likely see enhanced results when you wake up the next morning!
