I've switched from the cleansing foam I've been using for a long time, and I definitely feel like the amount of sebum has decreased after cleansing.

I used to only use Senka, but then I became curious and bought it during the June All-Year-Round Sale. The foaming and bubbling is quite a bit less than Senka, but after using it for over a month, I've gotten used to it. It doesn't seem to be very irritating. It removes sunscreen fairly well and doesn't leave much of a sticky feeling (results may vary).
