  As a winner of The Hwahae Testers event, I'm excited to share my review of this product! I was thrilled to try a bar-type cleanser from head to toe. Here's a breakdown of my skin, scalp, and hair type: Face: Combination dehydrated, sensitive, prone to blemishes Body: Generally dry, with blemishes on back, chest, arms, and buttocks Scalp: Inflammatory issues, seborrheic (lots of dead skin cells), recently bleached and dyed so quite irritated Hair: Bleached 2.5 times + dyed (blue/silver/dark ash tones), average thickness, frizzy with dry ends Pros: 1. Thoughtful packaging: The box contains the cleansing bar, while a brown paper bag includes a foam net, metal stand, two adhesive gels, glue, instructions, and a metal pin for the soap. I was impressed by the additional items provided for convenient bathroom use. The two adhesive gels were a nice touch, considering potential repositioning needs. The overall packaging is also eco-friendly and easy to recycle. 2. Effective cleansing and hydration: When used on my face with the foam net and cleansing device, it left my skin feeling soft and hydrated rather than squeaky clean. It seemed to remove impurities while maintaining moisture balance. Even on my dry body skin, it left a soft, comfortable feeling after cleansing with a body brush. The balance between cleansing and hydration is impressive, especially for a bar product. 3. Gentle formula: As someone with sensitive skin, particularly on my scalp and face, I was pleased to find this product non-irritating. Despite my recent hair treatments leaving my scalp in a delicate state, this cleanser didn't exacerbate the situation. It kept my scalp oil-free for a day without excessive flaking or itching. My facial skin also remained hydrated, with a soothing effect on blemishes and redness.

  Cons

  Drawbacks: 1. Not quite an all-in-one for bleached/dyed hair: Unfortunately, for my extremely processed hair, this bar alone isn't sufficient. After cleansing, my hair felt dry and tangled, like tightly bound straw. It's essential to follow up with a rinse-out treatment or leave-in conditioner after towel-drying (gently pat, don't rub!). While this may be adequate or slightly drying for normal hair, those with bleached or dyed locks will need additional products for proper care. The bar lacks the nourishment required for heavily processed hair.

  Tip

  Helpful tips: • Securing the metal stand: If you don't have an outlet in your bathroom for a hair dryer, you can pre-heat the adhesive gel on the stand with warm air before attaching it to the wall. • Inserting the metal pin into the soap: Place the sharp end of the pin in the center of the soap and press down with your thumb. It should slide in easily without much force. • Using with the foam net: You can still attach the soap to the metal stand even when it's in the foam net. Just make sure the side with the metal pin is facing the stand, and it will stick securely.

  Pros

  Compared to the Tone 28 shampoo bar, this one has a better scent. It's green and incredibly refreshing. It effectively removes excess oil from oily scalps. However, it might not be suitable for those with dry scalps. I've been using various shampoo bars to reduce plastic waste and contribute to environmental protection, which I really appreciate about this product.

  Cons

  It's extremely drying... I'm not sure if it's because of winter, but my scalp feels parched from root to tip... So disappointing.

  Tip

  For those trying a shampoo bar for the first time, I recommend using it as a pre-wash. It's more suitable for summer use rather than winter.

  Pros

  The all-in-one aspect was the best part! It lathers well, and I was worried it might wear down quickly, but contrary to my concerns, it's firm and doesn't get mushy. It's also gentle, and personally, I loved the refreshing scent. After using it, there was no tightness, and it rinsed off cleanly. The rich lather meant I didn't need to work up a foam separately. With other shampoos, I always had itchiness when my scalp was dry, but after using this product, that never happened, and my scalp felt nicely hydrated.

  Cons

  For me, there weren't any downsides, except maybe that my hair felt slightly less smooth? It's far from causing dryness though.
