When applied as part of my evening cream routine, I wake up to incredibly soft, honey-like skin the next morning. The jelly-like texture seems to run out quickly. If you apply too much or use it before makeup, it definitely pills. It's on the pricier side, and I'm satisfied with just one use. Due to the texture and the inconvenience of it balling up like dead skin cells, I don't want to repurchase it. - dd********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 5, 2024
I absolutely love the texture! As someone with extremely oily skin, I really appreciate how this mask applies so clearly. I didn't worry much about it staining my pillow, and it felt great to apply because it's not too rich in oils. I haven't used it enough to find any downsides yet! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 8, 2023
Holy grail... You know what? If I sweep it from my cheeks to my jawline like contouring before bed, my skin feels plump the next morning. Though it could be because I'm still in my 20s and my skin bounces back easily. It might feel a bit sticky? While it's not oily enough to use on its own, thinking it's too sticky could leave your skin feeling dry if you don't layer other products. But hey, if it's going to make your skin plump, who cares about a little stickiness? - ih********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 11, 2021
The strong floral scent makes for a delightful experience while masking. It seems to maintain hydration well too! Given the high price point, it was difficult to see any exceptional benefits. - jj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2020
When I apply this, I notice my skin feels soft and looks brighter the next day. It's obviously expensive, and you need to use quite a bit for it to work. I take advantage of duty-free opportunities. Use this about once a week after exfoliating for best results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 11, 2020
I used this product when I was really into Isoi products. It does give a feeling of tightening the pores. It didn't suit my skin and caused itching. The price is quite high, which might make it burdensome for regular use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 8, 2019
I love how lightweight it feels. It seems more suitable for summer than winter. If you apply too much because your skin feels dry, it pills like dead skin. I'm not sure it's particularly hydrating. I recommend applying a lightweight product before using this one. - mo********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 19, 2019
First off, I love that it's not too rich, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. There's a slight grainy texture, but it absorbs well if you apply it properly. It still feels like it forms a protective layer on your face though. It's also super convenient to use. Just slather on a layer before bed and you're good to go. No need to rinse it off, which means I end up using it more often. (Personally, I really appreciate this aspect. If a product is too complicated to use, I tend to abandon it... Though I'm sure there are better products out there for those who don't mind the extra steps.) In summer, I kept it in the fridge for a nice cooling effect. (Just keep in mind that the texture becomes firmer, so you'll need to massage it in a bit more.) The main drawback? Having to use a spatula. After using about half the product, I just kept it in the fridge and used my fingers. Even though the jar is small, you only need a little bit, so this was a bit of a dilemma for me. Watch your portion size! It's not oily and it's tempting to slather it on, but if you use too much, it pills up like dead skin cells. The key is to apply just the right amount and make sure it absorbs well into your skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2019
This sleeping mask is lightweight when applied. The texture is like a pack with high hydration, but after patting it in, it feels as light as a moisturizer. The next day, my skin feels a bit firmer and more toned. The scent... I'm not sure if it's just me, but it has an unpleasant, musty smell. I'm quite sensitive to fragrances, and I find it off-putting every time I apply it. For those with very dry skin, using this alone might not be enough - you'll need to layer a moisturizer or a few drops of oil on top. Anyway, I probably won't repurchase due to the smell. I can't tell if this scent is normal or if my product is faulty since I have nothing to compare it to. If you have very dry skin, make sure to let it absorb and finish with an oil. Otherwise, your skin might feel tight. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2019
It's great for combination skin as it's not sticky at all. It feels more like a refreshing cream rather than a heavy mask. The scent isn't as nice as the Isoi Rose line. Using it with a spatula can be a bit of a hassle.
