A perfect perfume for when you want a lighter scent than your usual go-to! Highly recommended for rose fragrance lovers. Personally, I find it ideal for summer - it's my go-to light and refreshing scent for the warmer months!

For extended longevity, try applying it to your elbows or hair.

While the lingering scent is truly wonderful, the initial spray might make you go 'Huh?' (personal preference). But the lasting fragrance is absolutely incredible.

The price is wickedly high... But I'm considering repurchasing once I've used up all my other perfumes.

I tried this perfume that came as a sample with the body emulsion and body wash set. It's not as strong as I expected, and the lingering scent is absolutely delightful.

It's a heavy scent for summer wear. Spring is about the latest you'd want to use it. If you wear it in early to mid-summer, the heavy, sweet fragrance might make you feel dizzy.

It's hard to call it artificial, but it's definitely not a natural scent. It's a floral fragrance with a very soft... milky feel? The longevity was really impressive. Other Sandalo perfumes aren't known for their staying power, but Rosa Gardenia was particularly long-lasting, which was satisfying. And the case... it really shows off that this is a high-end perfume. I loved how incredibly beautiful the case was. I think the hallmark of a department store perfume is a luxurious cap, and this one was exceptionally elegant and weighty. Even the back isn't plain, it has a pattern, making the case absolutely stunning.

If you're expecting a clear rose scent, I'd recommend a different perfume. This one has a warm fragrance similar to vanilla, which is perfect for winter wear.

This is my first Santa Maria Novella fragrance. Despite being a soap scent enthusiast, strangely enough, I had never purchased a perfume from this brand famous for its various soap-like fragrances. Somehow, I was intrigued by interesting reviews describing it as an expensive(?) strawberry milk or rose milk scent, or a youthful rose soap fragrance. Even though I don't particularly like rose scents, I ended up buying this pricey perfume without even sampling it first. When I received it and sprayed it for the first time, to my nose, it smelled like an intensely concentrated rose scent, reminiscent of dried flowers so parched they'd crumble into powder. This was accompanied by an inexplicable severe nausea and headache, making me fear I'd made a huge mistake. A few days later, on a cool evening when I was feeling better, I decided to try it again. That's when I finally detected that famous rose milk or soap-like fragrance everyone talks about. While I wouldn't say it's incredibly amazing or a massive success, I found the scent somewhat satisfying. I think I might appreciate it even more as the weather gets colder.

Please don't reduce the amount. I hope it stays the same. It's just too good!
