The gentle scent and softness remind me of my college days in the US when I exclusively used P&G products The gradually increasing prices are a concern. A drawback at Costco is the limited range of product lines available - so*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2024
I'm quite particular about my hair, so I've used many expensive shampoos. But this product proves that quality doesn't always correlate with price. I can't find any significant drawbacks. The bottle is so large that it'll take a while before I can try another shampoo. I purchased it at Costco. There's nothing particularly negative to say. For this price point, it's a great product. It's a solid, reliable item. They say it's beneficial to alternate between different shampoos on a monthly basis. - in********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 13, 2024
I picked this up at Costco for about $12. The scent is absolutely divine! It leaves my hair feeling moderately soft, lathers well, and despite my sensitive, oily scalp, I haven't experienced any blemishes with daily use. It's been working well for me. For some reason, after using this product for just two days, I started getting blemishes every time I washed my hair. It's like a forced cleansing magic trick, but not in a good way. It doesn't feel particularly kind to the scalp. If you have a sensitive scalp like mine, I'd recommend alternating between this fragrant shampoo and a scalp-specific one for the best results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJan 2, 2024
It makes my hair soft and has a lovely scent. The lather is rich and abundant. While the ingredients create a good lather, I'm a bit disappointed with the overall formulation. - ru******Dry SkinInner DrynessRecommendedOct 3, 2023
It has a pleasant scent, seems to cleanse thoroughly, and isn't too expensive Unfortunately, harmful ingredients were detected. I'm planning to try something different next time - jw******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2023
It lathers up well and has good cleansing effectiveness. Unlike some shampoos that can cause dandruff if used incorrectly, this one doesn't have that issue. There's nothing particularly inconvenient about it. The large size means it lasts a long time. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 8, 2023
Your hair becomes so soft you won't even need conditioner While it does improve hair texture, I ended up losing so much hair that the soft locks disappeared too. Can't recommend it... sigh - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2022
All my friends who've stayed over have raved about this shampoo. I've been using the same one for 3 years now. When I buy it from Costco, the large size lasts for ages. It's fantastic even for color-treated hair - leaves it silky smooth! For those concerned about ingredients, please note that some say it contains less desirable components. - 11*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresApr 4, 2022
It lathers up nicely even with a small amount. The large size makes it great value for money! The scent is overwhelmingly sweet, like bubblegum. It's really off-putting. Some people describe it as fruity or floral, but it's absolutely not that kind of fragrance. The ingredients aren't great either. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 20, 2022
It's affordable. You can get it for around $10 when it's on sale at Costco. When it's not on sale, I'm hesitant to buy it. Also, the size is a bit inconvenient as it's quite large.
