I'm using up my second container, so there's nothing I'm dissatisfied with.

It is gentle and calms well, and the pad is soft and non-irritating.
It absorbs well and has a pleasant scent.

There's a tweezer-like tool and a cap that's supposed to be attached inside, but the truth is they keep falling off when I use it haha

The amount of product is so great, I really love it! I always use it as the first step in my skincare routine, and it helps to refine my skin texture and replenish moisture without any irritation!
The essence amount inside is also generous, so you don't have to worry about the pads drying out!

If you don't close the lid with too much force, the tweezers won't fall out of the lid holder.

(But if you close the snap-on lid with too much force, the tweezers can fall out.)
