ConsIt seems to cleanse light makeup thoroughly, but for heavier makeup, double cleansing is definitely necessary

Its cleansing effectiveness seems great, and it feels incredibly gentle on my skin.
ConsI don't really have any complaints. Though I've noticed many tube-type balms coming out lately, it would be nice if this product also came in a tube version.

It's definitely less irritating than cleansing oils, so I can use it with peace of mind. The balm texture is gentler on my skin.
ConsThe amount doesn't seem that generous, so I have a feeling it might run out quickly.

I switched to cleansing gel, but it didn't feel like it was removing makeup thoroughly. So I started using cleansing water followed by gel, but double cleansing became too bothersome. While searching for alternatives, I heard that cleansing balms are less irritating and remove makeup well. As I researched, I found that Banila Co. was popular, but the ingredients in this one seemed better, so I decided to buy it! Texture: It has a beeswax-like texture that melts with temperature, transforming into an oil-like consistency. It's incredibly soft to scoop out and melts easily without any granules. After use: Even though I usually wipe with cleansing water first, I tried just melting it by massaging and rinsing with water alone. It left my skin clean without any slippery feeling. I often had foundation residue left, but this seems to dissolve it as it turns into oil. The whiteheads I used to see have significantly reduced, even with just one cleanse... It makes me realize how carelessly I've been cleansing all this time. No wonder my pores got enlarged...
ConsMy skin is a bit sensitive due to the changing seasons, so I got two small red spots like mosquito bites. However, they didn't get bigger, itch, or lead to any additional breakouts. While it causes less eye irritation, it might be a bit harsh for those with sensitive skin at first.
TipHow to use: It comes with a built-in spatula. Use it to scoop out about a fingertip-sized amount. It rinses off even with water slightly cooler than lukewarm after several washes. However, it's better to rinse with warm water first, then finish with cooler water. Instead of using cleansing water, use this for your first cleanse, rinse with water, and if there's any residue, gently wipe with cleansing water. Half a fingertip amount should be enough for effective cleansing.

ConsIt seems to melt a bit slower than other hygge products
TipIt works well if you warm it up in your palms and gently massage it into your skin

The texture is as soft as sorbet, causing minimal irritation. - Excellent cleansing effectiveness, capable of removing even heavy makeup. Of course, it's best to use a separate lip and eye remover for thorough eye makeup removal. - True to its hydration-focused formula, it leaves the skin noticeably more moisturized than other products, making it suitable for those with dry skin. - Thanks to its emulsification process, it rinses off easily with water and doesn't leave any residue on the skin. - Comes with a built-in spatula. - I bought it at a discounted price of around 10,000 won on Hwahae, and I'm satisfied with its value for money at that price point.
Cons- The sebum removal effect is weak. Personally, I prioritize sebum removal, so this was disappointing. - It's not a major flaw, but there's a slight tendency for the cleansing balm to clump together, making it a bit difficult to melt completely.
