Here's my review of Nature Republic's Green Derma Tea Tree Cica Foam Cleanser, which helps remove impurities and dead skin cells: Key benefits include: - Soothes acne-prone skin and manages sebum - Gentle care solution that reduces skin irritation - Addresses various skin concerns It contains tea tree leaf water and 5 key cica ingredients to help calm the skin. During my period, I had blemishes popping up around my nose and chin, but after using this product, they significantly subsided. The texture is creamy with rich lather. It's great for removing impurities and dead skin cells, leaving skin texture refined. It's non-irritating and has good cleansing effectiveness without leaving skin feeling too dry afterwards. #NatureRepublic #GreenDermaTeaTreeCicaFoamCleanser #CleansingFoam #CleansingFoamRecommendation Some people might not like the scent. Also, the packaging is a bit stiff, making it difficult to squeeze out the product. This foam cleanser is recommended for blemish-prone and super sensitive skin. - al***Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 7, 2023
Pretty decent and gentle on the skin. Can't really tell any other differences. It doesn't lather as much, and I feel like it leaves a bit of an oily residue. Also causes some itching. - wk*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2023
You'll notice the distinctive tea tree scent, but you'll get used to it quickly. I don't wear much makeup, so I can't really judge its cleansing effectiveness, but I'm happy because it seems to have reduced the frequency of my blemishes! There's nothing bad to say. I switched to this tea tree product because I was getting so many blemishes, and I'm satisfied just because it's not causing as many skin issues. - kh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsAug 13, 2022
Although it's not labeled as low pH, it feels similar to a low pH cleansing foam. After rinsing, my skin feels slightly smooth, and thanks to the cica ingredients, there's a noticeable calming effect on my skin. While it has an herbal scent, there's a slightly musty undertone that's a bit off-putting. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2022
My T-zone (forehead and chin) is oily, while my cheeks are normal. This product helps blemishes disappear or shrink and calms my skin! I love that it doesn't feel heavy on the face, almost like a gentle acidic barrier. It's truly a great value when you buy it on sale. Also, perhaps due to the salicylic acid, it even removes lip dead skin cells - an unexpected but wonderful benefit! - It can cause slight redness on the cheeks (but it's temporary, so it's not a big issue) - There's a tendency for the face to appear slightly paler - I wish the lid would close with a more secure 'click' - It's too harsh for daily use I loved this product so much that I forgot this fact and used it morning and night continuously. One day, my skin became very sensitive and slightly red in some areas. I left it alone without washing, and my skin returned to its original good condition. It seems best to use it once every 2-3 days. Of course, this may vary from person to person - some might be able to use it every other day. When the lid doesn't close well, try inflating the container with air before closing - it helps a bit! Since it's too strong for daily use, alternate it with another cleanser. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 7, 2021
I kept using this product before the reformulation because I really liked it. It was effective too. After the reformulation, it's just not right. My skin actually got worse. - eo******Oily SkinAcne SkinJun 20, 2021
It's just a really solid, reliable product. I bought it on sale for around 5,000 or 8,000 won, but when I saw the original price, I was shocked! The scent... I kept wondering, 'What is this smell?' As time went on, it started to smell like a cleaning rag. I think it would have been better if they had gone with an unscented version. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 24, 2021
I appreciated that it contains ingredients from the cica line, which offered some improvement in brightening my complexion. My skin feels dry after using it. The product itself is mediocre, and the lid doesn't close properly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 17, 2020
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin with tons of blemishes 😢 I have super sensitive skin, so even cleansing can cause a blemish explosion if not done right! Usually, my skin gets red too, but this cleanser was actually okay. I used to use a Heartleaf soap, but when I ran out, I was wondering what to use next. That's when a shop assistant recommended this (pro tip: buy it on sale to get your money's worth). Surprisingly, it works well for my skin, so I've been using it regularly. It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean, has good cleansing effectiveness, and comes at a wallet-friendly price. Talk about killing two birds with one stone! While the scent isn't overpowering, it has a somewhat herbal smell that I'm not a fan of. It costs less than $8 when on sale. Make sure to use it with plenty of water for best results. - jy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2020
I used to use a cheap Happy Bath cleansing foam, but even after double cleansing with oil first, I still felt like there was foundation residue. I also got some small blemishes due to wearing masks. But since using this, I haven't had any breakouts and I feel like my skin is truly clean! I bought it during a brand sale for just 7,700 won! The price can be a bit steep when it's not on sale. I've only used it for about two days, so I haven't noticed any major drawbacks yet. I'm currently using Nature Republic Chamomile Oil along with Etude House Soon Jung Skin Emulsion and Cream.
