Pros
My hair was on the brink of total destruction from frequent coloring, but everyone around me kept recommending this, so I gave it a try. While a deep treatment would be ideal, when you're really short on time, just spraying this on before drying your hair makes it incredibly manageable. I absolutely can't recommend it enough!
Cons
I don't have any disappointments yet! If I had to nitpick, I wish they'd come out with refills... Are there any? Well, I haven't seen any yet. Refills, please!

My hair was really damaged from bleaching it 5 times and dyeing it around 6 times, but using this product has really improved it a lot! First, it's an essence-type spray, so I sprayed it on my hair when it was completely wet after showering, and I could feel it being absorbed into my hair as I dried it with a blow dryer! Just spraying this on and brushing my hair once before drying completely prevents any tangles, and my hair feels so smooth and easy to brush through. I've been using this together with the brand's color tint products, and I'm really happy that I can keep enjoying the color I want without any further damage to my hair. I highly recommend this product! It's a simple spray-on type, so even someone as lazy as me has used up 3 bottles already haha. Just gently pat your hair with a towel to remove excess moisture, then just spray it on, it's so convenient!
Cons
I didn't really feel like there was anything disappointing about it! If I had to pick one thing, maybe it would be nice if they had a larger size option? Since I was spraying it on pretty generously, I felt like the amount was a bit small.

I had bleached my hair and cut it short, but due to using a curling iron daily, it was brittle and damaged. I decided to try this product! It's very moisturizing and nice. There's no static either! It doesn't make my hair frizzy, which I really like.
Cons
I sprayed it in the bathroom, dried my hair, and then sprayed it again. When I rinsed it with hot water, it wasn't slippery. It's too messy ㅠㅠ The delivery is slow ㅠㅠ

Bleached my hair twice and dyed it 4 times? My hair was really damaged from all the processing, so I tried all kinds of hair products, and this one was the best. It really helped with the frizziness of my bleached hair. When choosing products, I also consider the scent, and this one smelled great. I was worried it might be too oily for my oily scalp, but it was just fine!

This is my first time using it, but it's quite nice! After spraying it on my hair and brushing, my hair has become much softer! My hair used to be dry and static-y, but after using this, it's become more calm and much softer! No matter how much I spray, it doesn't make my hair greasy and it's great. I think I'll be using this often from now on!

I really liked the protein ampoule and used it often, but this is the first time I'm using an essence spray, and it's number one in convenience! The absorption is not bad either. I've been using the HairPlus products for a while now, from shampoo and treatment to protein bond products. I like to spritz the water essence after drying, before the hair is completely dry. It gives my curls a bit of a boost and reduces frizziness.
Cons
The spray form is a bit tricky - the mist sprays out too widely, getting all over my face and the floor. If I don't control the force well, it just splatters everywhere, so I have to do light, intermittent sprays. Also, the price has gone up significantly from when I first started using the HairPlus products, which is a bit disappointing.
