It absorbs beautifully and sinks into the skin so well. I think it would be great for both oily and dry skin types! It might feel a bit greasy for those with oily skin at first, but after a while, it settles into a lovely, smooth finish. Thanks to my mother who's been using it since its department store days, I'm quite familiar with Sulwhasoo's Jaum line. It's more versatile than the Jaum Activator line. For an emulsion, it has a rich feel that's great for dry seasons. Where it really shines is as a gift for older folks - they're always delighted by the beautiful gift box packaging and the abundance of samples that come with it. If you discreetly ask and find they don't have a set skincare routine, I'd recommend this or the Jaum Activator line as a gift option. Personally, I find the strong fragrance a bit awkward every time I apply it. I don't think it delivers enough value for its price point in terms of functionality.
