I purchased this product as it is used at the dermatology clinic I go to, and I've been using it for over 5 years now. At first, I thought it wasn't cleaning properly since there was no squeaky clean sound, but it turns out that's because it's gentler on the skin. My mom and I have had countless arguments, more than we can count on our fingers and toes. It's been over 5 years, and both of us have sensitive skin. My mom doesn't have any blemishes, and her skin is quite thick, but she is very sensitive. I tend to get 3-4 blemishes at a time, and my skin is thin and sensitive. My skin type changes with the seasons - dry in the winter, oily in the summer. But even with using it year-round, it's not burdensome. This comes with a solution set, including a cleansing cream. On makeup days, I use the cleansing cream and then this product for washing. It's a must-try! There's no squeaky-clean feeling, but it's not greasy either. It's just right!

Lather it up, count to 50 while scrubbing, then rinse thoroughly with water. Rinsing more than 20 times makes the skin sensitive and uncomfortable.
