It's good to soak it in water first, then lather and wipe it off. I bought it for morning use, and the cleansing power doesn't really matter, so I'm not sure how strong it is. After washing, there's just the right amount of moisture left, feeling nicely hydrated. But it's definitely not greasy or slippery. It just leaves a refreshed feeling, which is great. Day 3 (1/24/21) No itchiness. It's perfect for using in the morning.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because of this, but I've tried using it in the morning and evening, and right after using it I can't tell, but after applying my whole skincare routine, there's a slight itchiness in places like my eyebrows. (But it doesn't cause any breakouts.)

After using one bottle, I switched to another product for cleansing, but breakouts immediately came up. I've been using this product for over 2 years now. It finishes off my routine gently and moisturized, which I really love. I use it for both my morning and evening cleansing, and I can feel my complexion looking brighter after cleansing.
Cons
