It's not irritating, the packaging is pretty, and the ingredients are good. That's about it. It didn't work for me. After using it, there was a strong perfume smell, and I even got blemishes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2024
I was looking for a decent shampoo for everyday use, and this fits the bill perfectly. It seems to be gentle on the scalp too. While being average can be a plus, it's also a drawback. I rotate between several shampoos, but I don't find myself reaching for this one first. It's suitable for daily use, making it great for a quick first wash. I like to use it while giving my scalp a gentle massage or gua sha treatment. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJul 13, 2024
The scent is pleasant and the cleansing effectiveness is quite good. It's not intensely cooling, which makes it less irritating. What I love most about Aromatica is their commitment to the environment, and I'm thrilled they offer refills. The transparent container is great for recycling, and I appreciate that it's a squeeze bottle rather than a pump, which is notoriously difficult to recycle. While it might be a bit more inconvenient, it's better for the planet. They also have refill stations, so if you like the product, you can repurchase it at a lower cost. There's not much to criticize about the product. It would be great if they could offer a wider range of refill options that don't require visiting a refill station. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 9, 2023
The scent is pleasant and it's not irritating. It also lathers up nicely. The price is a bit high for the amount you get. While the ingredients are good, it leaves the hair feeling slightly stiff. It might be best to use this with a conditioner or treatment. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 19, 2023
I was looking for a shampoo with good ingredients since the scalp is also skin, and I decided to try this one. I felt reassured by the rosemary as the main ingredient, and it was a pleasant experience using it as it cleansed thoroughly without irritation. I plan to use it consistently and consider repurchasing. To completely resolve scalp concerns, I think it requires consistent long-term use. So far, if I don't wash my hair frequently, the issues aren't fully addressed. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMay 3, 2023
The product is gentle, causing no irritation to the scalp, and I love its pleasant herbal scent. It leaves my hair feeling stiff, and it doesn't lather well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 13, 2023
It gives a slightly tingly, refreshing sensation on the scalp, but it's not irritating at all. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I just wish they'd have more promotions! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2023
It's gentle on the skin and has a pleasant scent. The whole family is using it together. You definitely need to follow up with a treatment. There don't seem to be many drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 8, 2023
I loved that the scent wasn't artificial, so it wasn't irritating, and it left my scalp feeling refreshed. The price is reasonable too, making it a product I'd consider repurchasing. It was disappointing that it didn't come in a pump bottle, which made it a bit difficult to use. It would be great if they used a pump dispenser. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinDec 8, 2022
A gentle shampoo with a natural scent that's easy on the scalp. While many shampoos these days are overly cooling, this one has a subtle rosemary fragrance that feels soothing. I love that they use recyclable packaging for the environment and even sell refills separately - that's impressive! It doesn't lather well and the cleansing effectiveness is subpar. My scalp gets sensitive during seasonal changes, so I tried three popular shampoos (Labo-H, Aromatica, and Dr. For Hair Folligen). Among these, I found this one to have the weakest cleansing power. The packaging prioritizes eco-friendliness over user experience, making the cap's dispenser quite inconvenient and difficult to control the amount dispensed.
