No blemishes, but sensitive to dryness and irritation! My skin easily turns red and feels itchy or tingly. I love that the semi-transparent container makes it easy to check how much product is left, and the pump-style packaging is convenient to use. It has a great texture that absorbs well into the skin, and the lightweight formula is perfect for layering multiple times. The fragrance is subtle and sophisticated. Even though I'm sensitive to scents, this didn't cause any irritation and was quite pleasant. While the product itself has good absorption and layers well, it strangely didn't play nice with some of my creams. There was quite a bit of pilling when used together. I found a great routine: layering this serum two or three times, then finishing with a couple drops of jojoba oil instead of cream. It left my skin hydrated without any pilling issues.

It absorbs quickly without any sticky feeling, making it perfect for use before morning makeup. I also loved the signature Caudalie fresh, herbal scent. I didn't experience any particular drawbacks while using this product.
