Works great as a base or on its own...! As a collector of low-chroma shades, Mobishi is a definite winner. -Applicator🤍🤍🤍 Easy to apply along the lip line, not extremely comfortable but control is manageable.
Cons[Cons] -Lipstick Crumbs..? Sometimes a slight clump comes out when applying, like an eraser crumb. But it disappears easily with a few rubs. -Longevity Not an extremely long-lasting formula, more akin to a lipstick in terms of wear time.
TipWant to dip your toes into plum-toned mute lip colors? Then you should definitely give this a try.!! Great quality for the price.

It's similar to the Peripera Air Velvet texture, with a soft and fluffy formula. It's definitely a lightweight formula that doesn't crumble or clump even after multiple applications, and it doesn't feel heavy or suffocating. ✔️Color: The actual color is a bit different from the online swatches. The online swatches have a more purple-leaning and grayish tone, whereas the actual product has less of a purple undertone and leans more towards a pink-gray shade. This was a bit disappointing. The actual color is a pink-toned gray shade. Compared to the Peripera Ink The Velvet in the shade "Insta Glam", this has a lower saturation and appears more muted on the lips. It looks a bit more dull and subdued than the Insta Glam shade. However, the color becomes more vibrant after a few more applications. While slightly different from the online representation, the actual color is still very pretty.
Cons✔️Adhesion: Since it's a lightweight formula, the adhesion is slightly weaker. Compared to Peripera, it has a more fluffy and less clingy feel when applied. The adhesion is not as strong, so there is noticeable lip bleeding. The product can easily smudge, and the more it's layered, the more it tends to bleed out around the lip area. This is a bit disappointing, as I personally prefer tints with good adhesion. ✔️Longevity: The longevity is also a bit weaker. With the lower adhesion, the longevity is naturally reduced as well. There is quite a bit of transfer, both from drinking with a straw and from wearing a mask. ✔️Fragrance: I purchased this during an Olive Young live broadcast, and they mentioned the fragrance being a chocolate-like scent. I don't remember the exact description, but it does seem familiar, though personally, I'm not a fan of the fragrance. It's a bit strange, as I don't recall the Peripera Ink The Velvet having this kind of scent. The fragrance is not particularly appealing to me.
TipThe more I layer the tint, the stronger the blurred, diffused effect becomes, which I find quite pretty. Personally, I prefer applying it in two to three layers rather than just a single thin layer. Surprisingly, even with multiple applications, it doesn't feel heavy or crumble. I think the lightweight formula allows for this. The color is truly beautiful.

That's exactly the feeling. It's velvety, but with moisture, so there's a bit of clumping, but it disappears when you rub it. The pigment seems to have absorbed water! ■Color / Swatch: The color is different from the official website, haha. The official website has a cooler and more muted feel, but the actual product is a cool lukewarm medium-low saturation muted pink! The difference from Petal Tassel is that Petal Tassel had a whitish/grayish base, while Moebish doesn't have that strong of a whitish base. The base has a slightly warm lukewarm feel. So when applied alone, it doesn't have that overbearing whitish feel and expresses itself naturally. It's a mauve pink, not too deep, and the right medium saturation, so it was able to fully work as a base lip/standalone for my Ragsy skin tone! If you're the type that wants super cool or death, this is not for you! But if you use cool lukewarm well, I recommend it! It's a classy, atmospheric color! I prefer matte lips, and among the Rom&nd lips I've used recently, this is my favorite ㅎㅎ It really brings out the unique charm of the non-glossy finish. ■Lasting Power / Adhesion: It leaves less transfer on tissue than the Zero Velvet Tint. It's not dramatically different. The adhesion isn't great if you don't blur it, so you have to rub it with your fingers even after full lip application! ■Emphasizes Flakes / Dryness: Yes, it inevitably emphasizes flakes a bit ㅎㅎ I recommend doing lip balm flake care before using. Even though the texture holds some moisture, there was dryness. So for those with dry, flaky lips, you may want to consider this purchase carefully! ■Cost-Effectiveness: Ah, the cost-effectiveness is great ㅎㅎ At this price, with this level of color cosmetics quality, it crushes even high-end drugstore brands ㅋㅋ The luxurious color feel of Moebish is something you'd usually only see at department stores, so I'm really happy with it. Highly recommended!
ConsInevitable flakes. Transfers if you don't blur. Dryness!
TipAlso pretty as a blush!
