Pros
The scent has a sweet aroma. I'm not sure exactly what the scent is, but it's not overpowering to the point of being polarizing. You'd have to get really close to it to go, "Ah, this is the scent." The case is pretty. It doesn't look cheap, and Rom&nd seems to make really nice cases. The semi-transparent case with the lip color shade on it makes it easy to see, "Oh, this is the color of the tint." It's the best as a base lip. Even if you apply it two or three times, it doesn't get too intense. I'm a fair-skinned person, and I'm very satisfied with it as a base lip. The color doesn't stand out too much on its own, and it doesn't make my lips look dull, so it works well as a standalone tint too. After applying, you really can't feel that you've put something on your lips. It's the same feeling as before applying the tint. I think it's because it's applied so thinly. Your lips feel comfortable - not dry, not too moist, just right. And there's no emphasis on lip wrinkles! The application is good. It's smooth and velvety, so it's really easy to spread. I think even beginners would be able to apply it easily. The applicator tip is square-shaped, which makes it convenient to apply on the lips. I like that the color is not common. It seems to have great value for the price. I've tried other base lips before, but they were either too bold in color or had a strong scent that I didn't like. But this one has a good color, good application, and most importantly, the transfer is really minimal!! Just wipe it off twice with a tissue, and it's cleanly adhered. A great item for the mask-wearing era! 😀
Cons
Sometimes a large amount of product comes out on the applicator tip at once. So I end up wiping some off on the inside of the case, but then the case opening gets too messy. This seems to be an issue with all tints, so it's something I can overlook. The case lid opens well. But when I take it out of my bag later to reapply, it's sometimes slightly twisted. The product doesn't leak, but I still worry about it. The longevity is weak. It fades away nicely without looking patchy, but since there's hardly any staining, the tint color is almost gone after eating or wearing a mask for a while. I wish there was a bit more staining, so it would last longer.
Tip
This is perfect as a base lip. Don't apply it until you're fully satisfied, just apply it until you feel it's a bit lacking. Then use your finger or a brush to gently spread it out 1-2 cm beyond your lip line. Make sure to give a wide, horizontal smile to avoid emphasizing lip wrinkles. Next, use a hand fan to lightly dry it, wait a bit, then wipe it off twice with a tissue. After that, you can apply your desired tint or lipstick. However, since the longevity isn't very long, if you'll be out for an extended period, it's best to bring this tint with you and reapply it regularly. 😃
