The Mauve Sand color is a sophisticated shade that beautifully enhances the appearance of your hands. With varying degrees of sheerness and color intensity in 2, 3, or 4 coats, it's absolutely delightful. I'm in love with how versatile it is! You can also build it up for a jelly-like nail effect, which I adore. Unfortunately, the applicator is rather narrow and thin, requiring multiple coats and often leaving brush marks. The color builds up beautifully. Personally, I found it looked prettiest with just two coats. It's easy to apply with quick strokes, and as you layer the color, it's not difficult to achieve an even finish. The longevity is a bit disappointing, but applying a top coat should make it last longer. The more you use it, the formula gradually dries out and becomes thicker. It dries well and applies smoothly without clumping. The natural color gives a 'my nails but better' look. While the outer packaging suggests a pink-beige tone, when applied it's actually transparent with a subtle hint of healthy color, making it look like your real nail color. The color is so natural that it might not be noticeable. The color is naturally beautiful with just one application. I really like it! There's nothing to complain about! It's lovely and I love the color.

It goes on with a pink-brown feel, creating an illusion that calms the overall tone of my hands. Oh well, it's not gel nail polish, so it applies thinly and peels off in a day or two? That's not really disappointing, it's just a characteristic of all air-dry nail products, so that's the level of durability. The cleaner you prep your nail surface, the prettier it applies. But if you apply it on a rough surface, remember that it'll be bumpy with intense staining - no joke!

As someone with cool undertones, I was craving a beige nail polish without any yellow tint. I tested this at Olive Young and knew it was perfect, so I snagged it. While one coat is a bit sheer, two coats give the ideal color payoff. Since it's not gel polish, you have to wait for it to dry, which limits movement. The nail polish's staying power is impressive, and it's a great buy during sales. At full price, it's a bit of a toss-up. On my nails, the first coat is barely noticeable. It also feels like a color I might already own, so I'm deducting one star.
