When used as the first step after cleansing, it gives a feeling of pure hydration. #Experience Doesn't feel oily, so it's comfortable for oily skin types, but might be too light for dry skin. It's perfect for those who want a simple hydrating toner without any special functions. A very versatile product. After cleansing, I use this toner for basic hydration, then alternate between a soothing serum and a retinol serum depending on my skin condition and needs. It's a great base product that doesn't feel heavy even with multiple layers. Good value when purchased on sale!

  I've tried many water toners, but this one seems to be the runniest. I usually close the cap quickly, but often find that the toner on my hand has disappeared by the time I close it. It would have been more convenient if it had a screw cap instead of a flip-top.

  I was lucky enough to be selected for the Hwahae Testers program. My skin is dry both inside and out, and I tend to have warm skin. My skin barrier seemed weakened, as I often experienced tingling when using skincare products. When I first dispensed the toner onto my palm, it reminded me of lightweight, watery formulas like the Hada Labo Gokujyun Light Toner or The Lab by Blanc Doux Hyaluronic Acid Toner. I thought it would be perfect for a quick refresh in the hot summer. However, upon application, it absorbed quickly without any stickiness or tackiness, leaving my skin hydrated. It even helped soothe my easily flushed skin. The product packaging accurately describes it as a refreshing water-like texture that calms and moisturizes the skin. It's also great for sensitive skin.

  Cons

  The ingredient list on the product box is only in English. As a domestic brand, please pay more attention to including Korean labeling. The packaging for the ingredient list reminds me of Malin+Goetz or Kiehl's, while the overall bottle design seems inspired by Hada Labo. It's disappointing to see a mishmash of copied packaging designs. I suggest revamping the packaging design.

  It's also great to use as a body emulsion alternative when it's hot and humid.

I mainly use it after cleansing, applying it with a cotton pad like a toner. I recommend this to those who prefer lightweight toners. What I love: It's fragrance-free, it absorbs well when gently patted into the skin, leaving it hydrated, it sinks in quickly and feels clean, and I haven't experienced any blemishes after use.

  The watery texture means it can spill easily when pouring. Because it flows out so freely, I often struggle to control the amount I use each time.

  First of all, let me bow to this product! As someone who usually prefers thicker toners and typically layers them 4 times, I was absolutely shocked when I tried the As Is To Be Forest Relaxing Soothing Toner. It has a watery texture that's incredibly lightweight, yet amazingly hydrating. It feels so refreshing without clogging pores and really sets a perfect base for the next steps in my skincare routine. My makeup applies beautifully over it, and I've experienced no irritation. It pairs perfectly with my cream, and even during the changing seasons, my skin condition has been top-notch! I also love that the packaging is designed for easy recycling, showing their consideration for the environment. I bought this with my own money at a discounted price, which made it even more of a bargain. I'll definitely be stocking up so I never run out!
