Female in her 20s with combination skin. Usually blemish-free, but due to greasy food and summer heat, I developed blemishes on one cheek and hairline. Used for about 2 weeks. The redness subsided, and I even used it instead of body wash for chest blemishes, which improved significantly. I didn't even buy this - my boyfriend wasn't using it, so I tried it after it had been sitting unused. I was amazed at how effective it was. Some say it's expensive, but in my opinion, it's great value for money. I saw definite improvement from day 3-4 of use. I searched online and couldn't find it for sale, but then I saw a blog post mentioning checking its ingredients on Hwahae. To my surprise, it's available here! If there's a way to get a discount, I'd love to stock up on it right away. I can't really think of anything negative. Everything has been great so far, but I'm writing this just to meet the 20-character requirement. As a moisturizing soap, it reduces tightness and dryness after cleansing. The initial experience can be surprisingly slippery (the soap has a viscous texture), but it rinses off cleanly with water, leaving skin feeling fresh. Unlike some moisturizing soaps that can leave a residue, this one cleanses thoroughly, which I appreciated. I received it as a gift and was initially concerned about the ingredients, but it turned out to be gentler than expected and excellent for hydration. The price is quite steep, and no matter how you store it, the soap easily becomes mushy. This soap is definitely packed with ampoule goodness - my face has an incredible glow right after cleansing. It's quite remarkable! It seems the high concentration is a bit much for my skin. As soon as I apply other skincare products, it starts tingling intensely. While it doesn't cause blemishes, the constant burning sensation was too much to handle. My skin was extremely dry and would feel tight within 3 seconds after cleansing. However, with the Ample Brown soap, that tightness is noticeably reduced! It's a great soap for both face and body. The brown color even complements my bathroom decor nicely. I wish the size was a bit larger! With a name like 'Ampoule Bomb Cleansing Balm' instead of just 'soap', I had high hopes for hydration and nourishment when I bought it. After trying it, I found it lathers up beautifully with rich foam. The unique and pretty color also looks great in my bathroom. Despite being called an 'Ampoule Bomb', it left my skin feeling very squeaky clean and actually quite dry. The half-moon shape keeps slipping and falling. It's great that I don't need to use a separate cleansing foam, and it contains many skin-beneficial ingredients. Another advantage is that it doesn't feel slippery and cleanses thoroughly without leaving any residue. I'm a bit embarrassed for writing this review so late. Actually, I didn't even know the package had arrived, but my younger brother had taken it and was using it. So, I'll review his impressions after using it for over a week, along with my thoughts from trying it today! Positive points: ✔️Moisturizing Unlike other soaps that often feel harsh due to that squeaky-clean sensation after use, this one leaves your skin feeling like it has a protective layer - a rich finish! ✔️Cleansing balm means effective cleansing! My brother secretly tried it and kept using it because of its cleansing effectiveness. It's summer, so he sweats a lot, but he loved how refreshed he felt after washing. He didn't even want to give it to me! I deliberately removed my makeup with a tissue first and then cleansed, and it left my skin clean without any residue or foreign sensation. ✔️Firm and doesn't soften easily No matter how big or cheap a soap is, it's pointless if it melts away quickly. This soap passes the test in that regard. I've been consistently using various types of soap for environmental reasons and have tried many brands out of curiosity. But soaps that disappear quickly, even if cheap, feel wasteful. The ampoule cleansing balm cleanses thoroughly with just a few rubs and maintains its firmness, which is great! ✔️Unique, eco-friendly packaging First, it came packaged in paper without any plastic. The semi-circular soap shape is new to me - though it'll end up in a soap bag eventually! It looks pretty and stands up well. The small surface area touching the base helps it dry quickly, which is a plus. ✔️The scent is a bit disappointing...! Based on the color and packaging, you'd expect a sweet brown sugar scent, but it's not, which is a bit disappointing. ✔️Dark lather color...? This is something my brother mentioned - he said the dark color of the lather makes your face look dirty before rinsing it off. It's not really a drawback, but I thought I'd mention it as it might be a reaction some guys have. Storing it upright should help it last longer. My skin felt thoroughly cleansed without any tightness, and it didn't react sensitively at all. I guess they didn't include fragrance since it's not a good ingredient. There's a slight odor, though. Wet the soap thoroughly, lather it up, and wash your face.
