The scrub's effects are outstanding - my skin feels incredibly soft after use. I'm also pleased that it seems to gradually reduce discoloration when used on underarms.
ConsThe mugwort scent lingers quite a bit, but it's tolerable. Personally, I found the scrub particles a bit too large for my liking, which was slightly disappointing.
TipMake sure to mix the product well before use.

When I saw this product on a time-limited sale, I immediately purchased it! While it's a common salt and oil combination, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't hurt when I massaged it on my skin. For scrub products like this to be effective, you need to roll them thoroughly on your skin. With previous products I've used, the salt granules would sting and hurt when rubbed on the skin, so I often couldn't roll them enough before washing off. However, with Soltherapy, it felt refreshing rather than painful, making it easy to roll. After showering, my skin felt noticeably softer, which I really appreciated. Sometimes with oil-based scrubs, they can leave a coating on skin that hasn't been properly exfoliated, making future dead skin cell care more difficult. But this product, despite containing oil, has a dough-like texture that doesn't leave a slippery feeling after showering, which I found great.
ConsDue to the mugwort ingredient, it has a deep green and brown color combination that isn't particularly appealing visually. When you rub it on your skin, it turns into a light mugwort rice cake color, but I was initially shocked by its appearance. Also, the scent is reminiscent of damp moss, which isn't very pleasant. Fortunately, the scent doesn't linger for long, so it's tolerable. I've tried honey, rice, and mugwort scrubs so far, and I think honey is the most effective. So next time, I'll probably go back to purchasing the honey scrub.

I applied it after scrubbing when my skin was slightly damp at the start of my shower, then finished with body wash. After showering, my skin feels delightfully soft and smooth. It's so pleasant to finish with a body emulsion before bed. The included spatula made it easy to scoop out and use the product cleanly.
Cons• Fragrance Personally, I find herbal scents comforting, but this has a strong mix of mugwort and pine that might be polarizing for those sensitive to fragrances. However, since it's a wash-off product, the scent doesn't linger much. • Skin irritation The instructions say to massage for 1-2 minutes on damp skin to dissolve the salt granules, but that feels quite long. The granules are quite abrasive, don't dissolve easily, and can be irritating to the skin. Even when massaging with my hands, I felt friction and irritation, so I rinsed it off after a short massage. Compared to my previous peeling gel that removed dead skin cells effectively with just a few rolls, leaving skin smooth, this product's salt granules don't dissolve well and are more abrasive, making exfoliation less effective. • Inconvenient packaging I think a tube format would be more hygienic and convenient to use. Although it comes with a spatula, water can still get into the jar during showers. A tube design would probably be more practical.
TipI thoroughly wet my skin with the shower, softening any dead skin cells. Then I scooped out the scrub, focusing on areas where the salt granules had partially dissolved and were more watery. I gently massaged it in before rinsing off.
