The color payoff is incredibly intense! Since I prefer subtle shades, I find that if I dab a bit in the center of my lips and blend it out, it creates this perfect red that warm-toned beauties will absolutely adore! The first time I used this as a full lip color, I noticed something appearing at the edges of my lips... It was like a reddish irritation, unfortunately. Just dab a bit and blend with a lip brush for the best effect. It's a true warm-toned pink-red? Or rose? Actually, it looks beautiful no matter what you pair it with. The color is so vibrant, it's just amazing. As expected with matte lipsticks, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells, so applying lip balm beforehand is absolutely essential! It looks gorgeous when you apply a light pink base and use this as an accent color! This is truly my holy grail! The color is absolutely gorgeous. I've been using this for 3 years straight now. There are no downsides. Just buy it. It's the best of the best!

First off, the color payoff is excellent, and when blended, it looks really beautiful, which I loved. The first photo shows how it looks when first applied, the second after blending, and the last after removal. As you can see from the photos above, the shade is warm-toned, so it didn't suit me as I have a cool complexion. However, this coral shade would likely look fantastic on those with warm undertones. That being said, despite being a matte lipstick, it didn't stain as much as I expected.
