ㅎㅎ - 01*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMay 5, 2025
An essential bath product for newborns, especially around 40 days old when their necks aren't strong enough to support themselves. It's like a baby bath oil that you can add to the water. No need to rinse separately after bathing - it's a convenient bath item for easy washing. It's very slippery, so be extra careful when bathing your child in the bathroom. Make sure to drain the water cautiously! One pump is more than enough! - Hwahae UserDry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 16, 2024
I really liked that there wasn't any noticeable artificial fragrance, and I loved how it absorbs well into the skin. The ingredients were also great. The product itself was fine, except for the price. As an oil, it was suitable, but the cream I bought with it couldn't address my baby's deep dryness, so I didn't reach for the oil much either. The most disappointing thing was that as I used the oil, it seemed to become a bit strong or leak, causing the changing pad cover to get wet. - de***********Normal SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2024
The scent is pleasant, it doesn't cause any blemishes on my baby's skin, and the price is reasonable, making it quite usable. It doesn't absorb as well as I expected. Also, as you use it, it seems to leak from the side or the metal part. - el***Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 25, 2023
Although it's a baby oil, it didn't suit our child. This product is really a case of 'your mileage may vary' - I can't say it's good or bad since I know some kids who use it well. So, my husband and I ended up using it instead. It's my first time trying Meadowfoam Seed Oil, and I mainly use it for gua sha on my décolletage. It's practically fragrance-free and easy to use. After applying it to my décolletage and taking a quick shower, I'm surprised at how long the moisturizing effect lasts. I'll say it again, it's very individual. Some children around us love it. Just not our child, unfortunately. It seems great for mixing with other products. For example, you can blend it with a light body lotion. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 13, 2023
It's great for mixing with emulsions or creams, or adding to bathwater. Leaves skin feeling wonderfully hydrated. Can't think of any major downsides, though it absorbs so quickly that it's a bit challenging to massage in. - bo**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 27, 2022
I love how it absorbs without feeling sticky or slippery. It's fantastic that it contains only beneficial ingredients. It drips too much... Even when I stand it upright in the oil, it seems to leak a bit, making a mess on the surface. - si*******Dry SkinRecommendedNov 15, 2022
It's gentle, and I mix it with an emulsion when massaging my baby. I'm very satisfied. My babies didn't experience any blemishes, but for babies with oily skin, using only the emulsion might be better. - nu*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 3, 2021
I used this oil on my 50-day-old baby's cradle cap. My second child also had yellowish-white flakes on their scalp. The hospital said it was seborrheic dermatitis and recommended a special baby shampoo, but on the way home, I bought this oil instead. I applied it generously, let it soak in a bit, then gently massaged the scalp as if exfoliating. I rinsed with water only. The flakes clumped together with the oil and came off like little particles. In just one day, the messy scalp was completely cleared up! (I wish I'd taken before and after photos.) With my first child, I didn't know better and just used shampoo, and I remember those flakes lasting much longer. Also, since the Mondie S cream worked well for my first child, I've been mixing it with this oil. It absorbs well without feeling sticky and leaves a nice glow. My second child still has some baby acne and milia, so while there's no dramatic effect yet, I apply this oil, which causes some redness, then wash it off and apply our usual Botani* emulsion. The Mondie cream doesn't seem to suit the second baby as well, but since it worked wonders for my first, I plan to try it again once the baby acne clears up. I'm deducting a star because the pump dispenser is exposed like traditional emulsions, which is disappointing. Although you're squeezing it out, I worry bacteria might enter through the opening. I think a cap-style closure like Physiogel's would be better in the long run. I believe that's why Physiogel uses that type of cap for their emulsion too. Also, it dispenses too much product at once. Since it's an oil, I only need a small amount to mix and use on areas like the face. The packaging is a letdown in this aspect. Because of these issues, I'm considering switching to the Physiogel product I bought alongside this one. Soak and gently massage seborrheic scalp - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 3, 2021
It's clean and doesn't feel overly slippery after application. It has just the right level of softness, making it perfect for kids. Unlike some other products that can cause eczema-like reactions, Mondie S is gentle, which is great! The price might seem a bit high, but since I'm satisfied, I'll let it slide. Plus, the buy-one-get-one-free deal makes it worth it!
