It's even better than Bepanthen ointment for dry skin types. I struggled for months with dry skin after using steroid creams for dermatitis, but this product was a game-changer in my healing process. You can apply it as often as needed.
ConsThere's nothing negative to say. I just hope it continues to be available and doesn't go out of stock.
TipApply frequently to dry or reddened areas. It absorbs well, so you can reapply as often as necessary without any issues.

I knew that panthenol itself helps protect the skin barrier and alleviate dehydration, and with famous products like Atopalm and MLE cream available, I had high expectations. 1. Thick consistency The texture isn't runny but rather thick, giving the feeling of a perfect protective shield on the skin. It seems great for nummular eczema. 2. Tube packaging The tube packaging keeps it clean and easy to manage. 3. Suitable for all ages This likely means the ingredients are gentle and skin-friendly.
ConsThe absorption was slightly disappointing. Among creams that effectively combat deep dryness, there are some baby creams that absorb completely within a minute of application, leaving almost no stickiness. However, this product tends to feel a bit sticky after application. I wonder if it's due to the panthenol ingredient.

Being an emulsion, it didn't feel thick or heavy. When applied generously, it sometimes appeared white like a white cast, but with the right amount, it spread smoothly and seemed to absorb well. Seeing the nummular eczema gradually reduce, I think it has good hydration properties. It's fragrance-free, so no worries about artificial scents, and there's no stickiness after application. If it continues to be effective on my child's skin, I'm definitely willing to repurchase.
ConsIt's disappointing that the price is quite steep compared to the amount you get.

I'm satisfied because it provides good hydration and alleviates the itching. I'm also using it as a moisturizer for my two-year-old's bottom during diaper changes, and I'm thrilled to see that it's reducing the redness from diaper marks.
ConsConsidering its use as a body emulsion, the volume isn't very generous, which makes it a bit disappointing in terms of value for money.

I initially considered buying Zeroid, but it required a doctor's prescription. While pondering my options, I stumbled upon an online sale and immediately made the purchase. ✔️ Rapid Improvement I applied the product to the affected areas about four times a day. After consistently layering it for about four days, the dark, rough patches showed remarkable improvement. Now, I only need to apply it twice daily, morning and night. ✔️ Excellent Absorption and Application It spreads smoothly and absorbs quickly, making multiple applications a breeze. ✔️ Layering Friendly ✔️ Fragrance-Free ✔️ Generous 180ml Size While the cream is 80ml, the emulsion comes in a larger volume, ensuring long-lasting use. ✔️ More Accessible and Affordable than Zeroid With similar ingredients to Zeroid, it's easier to purchase and more budget-friendly.
ConsThe product description for the emulsion doesn't mention any itch-relieving properties. Interestingly, the Panthenol cream does claim to alleviate itching. However, having used both the emulsion and cream, my personal opinion is that these two products are remarkably similar.
TipFor best results, apply liberally to problem areas throughout the day. You'll likely see quick improvements with consistent use.

(I don't even need to mention Atopalm's ingredients, right?) I thought it might be thick because it's highly concentrated, but it turned out to be a moisturizing emulsion that absorbs really well. My baby's cheeks have been getting red and blemish-like lately, probably due to the cold and dry weather, but applying this daily has definitely improved the situation.
ConsWell, given its highly concentrated nature, I'm not sure how it would work for oily skin. It suited my baby well since their skin tends to be on the drier side.
TipYou know how extremely dry it gets in winter these days. During the cold and dry season, it's a must to have a highly concentrated panthenol emulsion on hand. Apply it generously and your skin will stay hydrated.
