For a lighter soothing effect, I layered it with a mist. If your skin feels hot from sudden sun exposure, using this with a spray toner or mist could be really beneficial!

If you prefer heavier textures like body emulsions or creams, this might feel a bit light. The hydration level might also be slightly disappointing if you're expecting something as rich as traditional body emulsions.

I have extremely dry, sensitive skin with skin conditions. I was surprised by how quickly this absorbs and its non-sticky texture, perfect for summer use. It's much better than aloe gel for those maintaining a tan throughout summer - deeply hydrating without being sticky (it worked well even for my extremely dry skin). The biggest advantage is that you can use it on both face and body.
