Pros
I bought this product because I felt bad for my mascara-coated eyebrows. It's nice to apply it with the thought of making them healthier.
Cons

Originally, my eyelashes were very short (3mm), thin, and highway-like. But after using this product for about 3 weeks and applying it regularly without much thought, they've grown a bit. Oh my, what's happening? I measured them with a ruler and they're now 5mm long. I'm so proud! I used to give up because my eyelashes just didn't grow, but after meeting this friend, they seem to have improved. I plan to buy it again once I finish this bottle. (I think the eyelash serum created an environment that allowed my eyelashes to grow well. But it's not that my eyelashes grew just because I used this product.)

It definitely feels sturdier and longer-lasting. It's also easy to apply and not sticky, so it's comfortable to wear at night. I didn't feel weighed down when I applied it.
Cons
When I applied it, my eyes became itchy and irritated. Since I have sensitive eyes, it didn't seem to work for me. I ended up developing an allergic reaction and inflammation. I even rubbed my eyes until there were sores under them... I would not recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin.

It's been about 3 weeks since I started using it, and it's really grown longer!! I had very sparse and short lashes, so even when I wore mascara, it didn't show much. My eyelashes have become noticeably thicker and longer. The eyelashes have become fuller, so I can apply mascara haphazardly and it still looks like I'm wearing false lashes.
