Pros
I'm not sure how long it lasts, but using it consistently has really increased the volume of my lashes. It's great for lash perms and maintenance too.

Pros
First, before writing the review, our family has a genetic tendency for long eyelashes... I've been diligently applying it before bed every night, hoping to grow my eyelashes longer. While I'm not sure about the upper lashes, the lower lashes have definitely grown... Wow, haha! However, I don't feel like my eyelashes have become significantly healthier. It's easy to apply and I think it's really effective, or maybe it's just my imagination, but my lashes seem a bit thicker and longer.
