When I applied it before bed and slept, I could feel my skin becoming smooth and soft the next day!
ConsIf used too much, it becomes like a layer, and for skin that is close to oily, it felt a bit heavy and like that. There was a slightly oily feeling unique to the barrier cream.

I bought the product because it claims to help restore the skin barrier function and improve itchiness. It is effective in relieving itchiness and redness. The product contains moisturizing capsules, but there is no irritation when applying it. It has good absorbency and a smooth application.
ConsSince dimethicone is one of the main ingredients, when applying a large amount, there can be a slippery feeling. Adjusting the amount and applying it in smaller portions several times helps reduce the slippery effect. While it applies smoothly, some may find it too slippery depending on personal preference.
TipApplying it in thin layers and building up the amount can help prevent the slippery feeling.

But I feel like the moisturizing power is really impressive. Even with just a small amount, I don't feel dryness for a long time. When I apply it in the evening, I don't feel any tightness when I wake up in the morning. It seems to be a good product for extremely dry skin.
ConsThe amount is...way too small. And if you don't absorb it properly, it just gets pushed out like a mask..I was really surprised ㅠㅠㅠㅠ There's nothing else wrong with it, though.
TipIn the final step of your skincare routine, gently dab on a small amount and make sure it absorbs well! You need to apply it evenly to prevent it from getting pushed out.

Moisturizing The FILA SEED that is visible when rolling the product helps with moisturization, right? That's why it feels incredibly moisturizing! Typical moisturizing creams tend to feel a bit thick, but this product is on the thinner side yet still provides excellent moisturization. When you gently massage it in, the particles melt smoothly and leave an overall moisturized feeling. 2. Good ingredients These days, there are many creams with good ingredients, but this one has such great moisturizing power and such great ingredients - I'm very grateful! And since it's fragrance-free, I could apply it without any worries.
Cons1. Pilling I think it might be a bit difficult to use this as a day cream. To be honest, I'm a bit lazy when it comes to separating day cream and night cream, but I was very satisfied using it for night care, so I tried it in the morning as well. However, I felt like my foundation was pilling a bit and there were some patchy areas. This is something to keep in mind! 2. I'm not sure if it's because of this cream, but around the 3rd day of using it, I started getting some pimples on my upper nose area and on the sides of my cheeks, which is an area where I usually don't get many pimples. I was a bit surprised since I don't usually get many pimples, but there were no additional breakouts from continued use.
TipIt's better to apply it in thin layers rather than one thick layer - that way the moisturization lasts much longer~~^^•

I have oily skin, but my skin tends to get very dry in the fall and winter (I take medication for periodic breakouts). Shea butter and olive oil-based products didn't work for me - they would cause breakouts and feel heavy, like they were just sitting on my skin. Then I discovered this older version, which I bought in the winter of 2020 and have been using year-round. In the height of summer, I only used a very thin layer. When I apply it directly to my bare face, it has a slightly pilling texture, so I only use it as part of my evening skincare routine now. It's a medium-weight lotion-cream texture. Compared to the first generation, the second generation is a bit thicker but still has a slightly more fluid feel. The first generation had a more transparent, glycerin-like texture, while the second generation is a bit less transparent but a tiny bit more fluid. But the differences aren't dramatic. To sum up, I would 100% repurchase this. The second generation seems to have even better moisturizing power than the first, which was a bit lacking for my needs in this season. It's more hydrating without feeling overly oily. There's no dramatic difference compared to the first generation. I'd recommend this to anyone with oily skin who found shea butter and olive oil-based products unsuitable - this could be a great moisturizing option for you. The slightly oily feel isn't heavy or suffocating.
ConsThe only downside is that it has a slightly pilling texture when applied directly to bare skin, but since I only use it in the evenings, it's not a major issue for me. However, those sensitive to pilling may want to keep this in mind.
