The natural product is gentle. I was surprised that it is gentle yet has excellent cleansing power. And I liked that there was no tightness after washing my face. It seems definitely gentle as it's made with natural ingredients. The cleansing power is excellent, and there's no tightness after washing, which is great. The price is a bit high... I really want to keep using it, but the price makes me think twice about it.

The galactomyces ferment filtrate, a natural yeast fermentation extract, minimizes skin irritation and with 99% naturally derived ingredients, it achieves low irritation. It can be used for sensitive, troubled, and atopic skin, which is also an advantage. The plant-based betaine with excellent moisturizing properties minimizes skin tightness after cleansing, and helps maintain the skin's oil-water balance and prevent skin dryness. It helps create a squeaky clean skin. I haven't found any downsides yet. I'll add an additional review later if I find any. The makeup is easily removed, and after cleansing, it is very gentle and does not feel overly stripping. Using the foam net, you can get a great lather with just a small amount! While the lack of artificial fragrance is a bit disappointing, as it doesn't have a strong scent, it's a trade-off worth making for the sake of your skin and body. Since it's a creamy foam cleanser, it can be used in conjunction with mildly acidic cosmetics.

Compared to other foam cleansers, it seems to have better cleansing power. The tube cap becomes too loose and opens too easily after using it for a while. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 7, 2016
Perhaps because it's made with natural ingredients, it cleanses gently without any irritation. I can even use it on my bare face in the morning without any irritation, haha. There's nothing really bad about it. The tube format is a bit inconvenient to squeeze out the last bit, though.
