This is so great ㅜㅜㅜ👍👍👍👍 When it's a hassle to remove makeup, just damp a cotton pad and wipe your face - it's so convenient ㅜㅜ Just wipe your face and rinse with water, and you're done! If I've done heavy makeup, I'll use a foam cleanser for an extra round, but this alone is great!! I really love it ㅜ

This product is so great!!! First of all, the product is very gentle, so even those with sensitive skin can use it well!! Makeup is all removed well~After removing, it's moisturizing and ❤ Lip and eye makeup are all removed well!(I don't know about Kiss Me though ㅠㅠ)Because I didn't use Kiss Me when using this.But regular mascara should all come off well,,?Even matte lipstick is all removed!As long as it's not something like tattoo lips!I remember the scent was also really good, it had a herbal scent like the name!! This is really good, why aren't you buying it,,,,,?❤ If you're looking for a gentle cleansing water, buy this!

Pros
It wipes off cleanly. I usually use it by pumping it twice onto a cotton pad and wiping. The cleansing power is good, and the scent is not too strong, which I liked (I'm personally very sensitive to scents!). After wiping with this first, if I lightly cleanse with a cleansing oil, foam, or face wash, it removes everything thoroughly! It also removes mascara and eyeshadow basics very well, making it an all-around product.
Cons
After using this product, I suddenly had severe breakouts and my face got worse. It wasn't acne, but more like some kind of inflammation that came up.

It works well even for sensitive skin In the past, I used a cleansing oil that others said was good, but it ended up really irritating my skin and was very difficult. After looking into various options, I settled on the Belief cleansing water. I've been using it for over 4 years now. I only wear minimal makeup (because of my sensitive skin). I don't do any eye makeup, mascara, or blush - just skin makeup (cushion foundation) and lips/brows. So when I wipe it off with the cleansing water-soaked cotton pads, it only takes about 2 pads to completely remove my makeup. I always do a double cleanse, but very occasionally when I'm really tired, I'll skip the second cleanse. Even when I do that, there's no tightness or dryness at all. The finish is really hydrating. I also personally really love the Belief scent! This product has a refreshing, fragrant scent as well.
Cons
The price... Compared to when I first bought it 4 years ago, the price has gone up a lot :( Since I use this product generously for a thorough cleanse, the bottles get used up quickly. It's a product I have to buy frequently, and the price keeps going up every year. The price is the biggest downside for me. After using it for so long, I've also gotten a bit tired of it haha. I'd like to try the much-raved-about Bioderma cleansing water, and I'm also curious about the Uriage cleansing water. The Innisfree Superfood cleansing water also looks good.

- Great cleansing power! I was able to remove my lip and eye makeup with this. - Not irritating to the skin. It may feel a bit harsh if you scrub vigorously, but the product itself seems gentle.
Cons
- The amount used vs. the product volume and price is a bit evil. Since it's a water-based formula, it gets used up quickly :( - It really stings if it gets in your eyes :(

It's quite mild and above all, the cleansing power is really good!! It wipes off so cleanly haha I found this removes eyeliner and lips better than the Missha Lip & Eye Remover ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

It's more irritating than Bioderma. And it's expensive....

I don't have to remove eye & lip makeup separately, so it's convenient. Even though my skin is a bit sensitive, I've been using it without any trouble at all~~The most important thing is that I don't like strong scents, so I always worry when buying cosmetics, but the subtle herbal fragrance doesn't bother me at all, and I'm using it well~~

It's not exactly inexpensive, so if you use it freely, it might be a bit of a burden~~

I'm on my third bottle, and all three women in my household are extremely satisfied with using it. (Late 20s combination/oily skin, mid 20s slightly dry skin, mid 50s slightly oily skin) Compared to other cleansing waters, this one is gentle yet effectively removes makeup.
Cons
The price is a bit on the higher side, so it can be a bit of a burden.
