I can't think of any downsides. I highly recommend this product! And it's really fast-acting too.

This is absolutely amazing! When I'm too lazy to remove my makeup, I just soak a cotton pad and wipe my face - it's so convenient. After wiping, I just rinse with water and I'm done! For heavier makeup, I might follow up with a foam cleanser, but this alone works wonders. It's truly fantastic!

For skin makeup cleansing, it's only good for sunscreen or tone-up cream, not much else.

This product is so great!!! First of all, the product is very gentle, so even those with sensitive skin can use it well!! Makeup is all removed well~After removing, it's moisturizing and ❤ Lip and eye makeup are all removed well!(I don't know about Kiss Me though ㅠㅠ)Because I didn't use Kiss Me when using this.But regular mascara should all come off well,,?Even matte lipstick is all removed!As long as it's not something like tattoo lips!I remember the scent was also really good, it had a herbal scent like the name!! The fragrance is pleasant and the cleansing power is excellent. I purchased it because it is a trusted brand.

Using the Shiseido cotton pads soaked with the product seems to reduce irritation.

I use the 300ml pump bottle, but the lid is hard to open, so I can't decant it into smaller bottles for travel.

I have sensitive, dry, and acne-prone skin.
I used Bioderma cleansing water for several years, but after trying some samples, I switched to Belief. 
The area around my eyes was very dry, and using the supposedly gentle Bioderma made it sting. But Belief feels even gentler, and it removes eyeliner well (I don't use mascara, so I'm not sure about that).
When I used Bioderma, my skin would feel dry and tight right after cleansing, but this product leaves a moisturizing layer that I really like.

After using this product, I suddenly had severe breakouts and my face got worse. It wasn't acne, but more like some kind of inflammation that came up.

It wipes off cleanly. I usually use it by pumping it twice onto a cotton pad and wiping. The cleansing power is good, and the scent is not too strong, which I liked (I'm personally very sensitive to scents!). After wiping with this first, if I lightly cleanse with a cleansing oil, foam, or face wash, it removes everything thoroughly! It also removes mascara and eyeshadow basics very well, making it an all-around product.

The pump was inconvenient.
I tried to soak the cotton pad thoroughly, but since it's a pump, I had to press it a few times, and the cotton pad got worn out before I could even use it..
And in the second photo, there was that much left, but no matter what I did, it wouldn't come out, so I had to throw it away. What a waste.

I used up the entire bottle.
It was very mild and gentle.
It was not irritating.
The finish felt clean and neat.

The packaging with the push-down dispenser was a bit inconvenient for me. It would sometimes squirt out to the side and not spread evenly on the cotton pad.
Also, it stings when it gets in the eyes... 
The cleansing does not seem to be very effective. Even though I don't wear much makeup, I have to wipe it with the cotton pad 4-5 times and it keeps coming out.

The product did not feel irritating on the skin, the fragrance was not too strong, and the price was not too bad.

The cleansing power is a bit lacking :( You have to scrub really hard to remove the eyeliner...

I'll recommend this product to sensitive skin types because the ingredients are gentle!! I not only love the unique scent of this product, but also the other Belief products - such a refreshing fragrance!!

I felt a slight stinging sensation with this product. It doesn't seem to be due to the cotton pads, but there was still an uncomfortable feeling, though it went away quickly.

The cleansing water is moisturizing yet easy to remove. After using the cleansing water, I cleanse again with a cleansing foam and feel thoroughly clean.

When the makeup cotton absorbs a bit too much, it can get a little messy.
I've had it get in my eyes before while wiping, and it stung a bit.
But I think as long as I'm careful with the amount, it should be fine.
