The price is quite expensive and it feels like it's used up quickly, so I'm disappointed with the value for the money.

Since it's a tube type, it can be used cleanly and there's a bit of a slippery feeling when applied, but it really feels like something is blocking it. It's on a different level compared to other lip balms.

I received it as a gift and tried it for the first time, but it is watery and has weak durability, just like the reviews of other people.

If I had to nitpick, I wish the size was a bit larger.
I go through it quite quickly since I use it so often.

My lips were extremely chapped and dry, and regular lip balms just weren't enough. I usually have to use lip masks to soothe the flakiness, but the Aesop lip balm gave me almost the same effect.
It's very easy to apply quickly, so I carry it with me and reapply it frequently. 
It has a thick, transparent formula, and I'd recommend it to those with severe dryness and flakiness.
