  As expected, Sandawha is a brand I can trust and rely on! It's gentle and effectively removes sunscreen and foundation. - Scent: Neutral, without any overpowering fragrance - Texture: Has a nice weight that feels good when applying No blemishes at all! It removes just the right amount of sebum and calmed all my skin issues for the day. I'm in love with Sandawha!

  It's great that this product doesn't irritate my skin. The cleansing effectiveness is excellent too. What I particularly love is the hydration it leaves after washing. The scent is neither irritating nor unpleasant, just pleasantly neutral. Above all, as someone with combination dehydrated skin and super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes while using this. This suggests it should be suitable for those with sensitive skin without any issues.

  Cons

  The value for money isn't great. Sales are infrequent too... Because of this, I find myself looking at other products with similar ingredients.

  I've tried various cleansing oils, but I'm quite satisfied with this one! It does seem to turn a bit milky, but shaking it before use solves that issue. I love the scent, and it cleanses really well. It even removes eye makeup in one go, which is fantastic!

  Skin type: Sensitive, Dry. My usual cleansing oil routine: I use a dedicated remover for lips and eyes, and typically use cleansing oil for first-step cleansing to remove sunscreen and cushion foundation from my face. Scent: This might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation. I was slightly put off at first, but it grew on me. It doesn't smell artificial, which is a plus. Consistency: It's just right - not too thick or thin, and doesn't drip easily. Cleansing effectiveness: It removed my makeup well, though I don't wear heavy makeup. I appreciated that it didn't leave my skin feeling squeaky clean, which can be harsh. Moisturizing effect: Surprisingly, my skin felt more hydrated after using this cleansing oil. Camellia oil: The Sandawha Cleansing Oil is well-known. I first tried Sandawha products nearly a decade ago and have since been a cleansing oil nomad, trying various brands. It became famous when Ahn Young-mi used it on a comedy show to remove heavy stage makeup effectively. Beneficial ingredients: With nearly 99% naturally-derived ingredients, the higher price point seems justified. Emulsification: Unlike some cleansing oils that turn white immediately upon contact with water, Sandawha's doesn't. It blends naturally with water without becoming excessively white, which I found gentle and comfortable. It doesn't get into eyes, nostrils, or mouth easily. Overall, it provides a very stable and comfortable cleansing experience.

  Cons

  Pump bottle: While I like that it's transparent, the pumping action isn't very stable. I prefer thicker pump openings that don't spray in all directions and dispense just the right amount. Eye irritation: On the first day, I experienced slight eye irritation when the product got into my eyes. This needs further observation. Those with sensitive eyes should be cautious. Price: While understandable given the quality ingredients, it's a bit pricey for frequent cleansing oil buyers. It's not cheap unless it's on sale. Of course, it's much more affordable compared to luxury brands like Sulwhasoo or Shu Uemura. It's better quality than budget cleansing oils, positioning Sandawha somewhere in the middle. Blackhead & whitehead removal: I didn't see much effect here. Although I don't have many blackheads, I didn't feel particularly clean around the sides of my nose after washing.

  Tip

  One pump was almost enough to cover my entire face. If you're wearing heavy makeup, you might need an extra pump. Make sure to massage thoroughly around the nose and other contoured areas. While I usually use two pumps of cleansing oil, one and a half pumps of this product was sufficient. Be mindful of the amount you use.
