The hair became incredibly soft just with the shampoo, and it was convenient as it saved time when drying. After drying my hair, the old perm volume came back to life. It feels a bit more voluminous. And my hair became thin like a baby's, which was quite surprising.
Cons
After using it for about 2-3 months, my hair started growing back, and it became unbearably itchy to the point where I was scratching it and drawing blood. I couldn't use it anymore. And not only the shampoo, but the conditioner also has a very watery consistency, making it very difficult to control the amount.

The root volume is also really good, but the lasting effect is only around 5 hours for my oily scalp. It's a bit of a shame, but I think I would be quite satisfied if they came out with an oily scalp-specific shampoo.

I have an oily, problematic scalp, and one of the most important factors for me when choosing a shampoo is that it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy. While this shampoo is generally good, it is no match for my oily scalp. My hair starts to feel greasy again in less than 15 hours after using this shampoo, so it's not very suitable for me. Even with an oily scalp shampoo, my hair usually stays relatively oil-free for around 36 hours in the winter due to the dry weather, and 24 hours in the summer due to the humidity. But with this product, it's only around 15 hours even in the dead of winter... In the summer, I probably wouldn't be able to use it at all. *I've always been the type of person who shampoos their hair twice. I would be 200% willing to use this product if they developed an oily scalp-specific shampoo.

Those with combination dry and sensitive scalp types would likely really enjoy using this product. And for those with hair that reaches around waist length, you'll need to use at least 4 pumps or more when shampooing twice.

My hair has started growing back and has become fuller. I've found the shampoo of my life - the volume is amazing. Please try it at least once, it's so good.
Cons
It's not available. I initially thought the price was burdensome, but I've been using it for four months now with my long hair that reaches my waist. Two pumps make a huge amount of lather. I had to repurchase the conditioner separately as it ran out.
