  Pros

  As a woman with thin hair that was falling out a lot, I was really worried. My sensitive scalp would easily get blemishes and dead skin cells if I used the wrong products. But this is so gentle! My hair texture has improved, and after using 3 bottles, I'm losing way fewer strands when washing my hair. It's amazing how well it works! My thinning crown area has filled in nicely. It's the best - you must try it!

  Cons

  There are absolutely no downsides! The price is great too. Just make sure to buy from the official store. I made the mistake of buying elsewhere and regretted it.

  I think using the treatment along with this product gives even better results.

  Well, I'm not sure if I can call these good points exactly. When I switched to another shampoo once while using this, I suddenly got dandruff. But when I used this shampoo again the next day, the dandruff wasn't as bad. So I'm still using it, though I'm not sure if it's because I'm using the same brand's treatment and not rinsing thoroughly. After washing, my hair feels moisturized. When it dries, it gets a bit fluffy and flyaway. My husband, who has thinning hair on his crown, used only this shampoo without treatment and says it seems like new hair is growing. We've been using it for about two weeks.

  Cons

  Hair tends to get oily quickly, and the back of the hair tangles easily. Using conditioner or hair essence solves the tangling issue.

Being made of natural ingredients, it's non-irritating, and the nourishment seems to absorb deep into the scalp. I'm now curious to try their treatment that's said to promote hair growth.
