I've been using this for about 2 years now! When you first spray it on your hand, it has a clear, water-like texture with a pale yellow tint. As soon as it touches water, it transforms into a white, hydrating cream-like consistency. After applying it directly to the scalp and massaging, you'll feel a warm sensation. I massage it into my scalp and throughout my hair, then tie it up for a while before rinsing it out at the end of my shower! There aren't many downsides, but the scent could be a bit stronger. Though this could be seen as a plus for some. Also, if you're not careful with the amount, the initial water-like texture can make it easy to waste product by letting it drip away!
