I've been using this for about 2 years now! When you first spray it on your hand, it has a clear, water-like texture with a pale yellow tint. As soon as it touches water, it transforms into a white, hydrating cream-like consistency. After applying it directly to the scalp and massaging, you'll feel a warm sensation. I massage it into my scalp and throughout my hair, then tie it up for a while before rinsing it out at the end of my shower! There aren't many downsides, but the scent could be a bit stronger. Though this could be seen as a plus for some. Also, if you're not careful with the amount, the initial water-like texture can make it easy to waste product by letting it drip away! The water-based formula makes application incredibly convenient. It's great that it's a product that cares for both hair and scalp, so you can apply it directly to the scalp. When used on the scalp, there's noticeably less hair fall. Hair instantly becomes softer, which is why I've been using it for two years now. While it blends well into the hair, you need to leave it on for a while to see significant improvement in hair texture. Unfortunately, I lack the patience to wait that long. When applied to the scalp, you'll feel a gentle warming sensation as it turns creamy. There aren't any positives. I was too scared to use it more than once. It's a shame. I'm afraid to use it. While it's probably not actually acidic, the pain it causes feels like it could be. My palms and scalp where the product touched became so hot and painful that I'm too scared to use it again. As I massage it in, I can feel it warming up quickly, which suggests it absorbs well. - While it's not the cheapest option out there, it's a great product to pick up when you have reward points or coupons available! - Although it's vegan, the ingredient list could be improved. As soon as I use it, my hair becomes incredibly soft and silky. The liquid formula makes it easy to apply. It stings terribly if it gets in your eyes. Even though I don't have dyed hair, when I left it on for a while and rinsed, something like reddish water came out. I love it! It feels so soft the moment you apply it. I've been using it consistently. It's a bit too runny and drips easily. You need to use it sparingly. I tried the Water Treatment for the first time and was amazed. When you squeeze the treatment onto your palm, it comes out as a water-like formula, but as you rub it between your hands, you can feel the heat and it becomes creamy. It's fascinating how the texture changes instantly. When you apply it to your hair, it immediately turns your locks into silky seaweed. You can feel your hair becoming smoother and more lustrous. Even if you rinse it out right away without leaving it on, your hair feels incredibly soft. Although it's marketed for use on the scalp as well, I think it's better not to apply it there. Heat on the scalp isn't good for hair loss, and this product gets very hot just from the friction in your hands...

It's a water treatment, so it's not greasy. I'm on my 4th bottle! The price is high, making it a bit expensive for daily use. I'm on my 4th bottle though.
