It's affordable and worth trying. The product absorbs well on the skin. It can be irritating when applied to the under-eye area. It doesn't blend well with the skin and looks a bit dark. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 2, 2025
Great coverage and applies smoothly. Matches well with skin tone that typically uses shade 21 in cushion foundations. Doesn't cause new blemishes to appear. Poor staying power. If used too frequently on areas with blemishes, it can worsen the condition. Works well for brightening the under-eye area. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 17, 2025
Great for carrying around. Convenient for touch-ups on the go. The shade seems perfect for those with a light skin tone. It has good absorption and spreads well, but you need to blend it carefully for the best results. While it covers small blemishes like tiny spots to some extent, it doesn't effectively conceal larger areas like acne. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 3, 2024
Advantages: - Texture: It's in pencil form and applies smoothly and creamily on the skin, making it great for beginners. - Coverage: I bought shade #1, the lightest one, and I think it has better coverage than most concealers on the market. However, it doesn't cover well over dewy foundations as the pencil slips on the foundation. If you're using a moisturizing foundation and want to cover cheek areas, I recommend setting with powder first. - Ingredients: Using this product didn't cause any blemishes for me. Though if you apply it very thickly to cover pores, it might. - Price: This is The Saem's biggest advantage. You can really get your money's worth!! Especially now, as they're including a sharpener, which makes it an even better deal. The Saem tends to have quite a few good products. Disadvantages: - Dark circles: I bought the lightest shade hoping to use it for dark circles, but it didn't work well. On second thought, I realized a pink-toned concealer might be more effective for that. I plan to use this one for covering freckles and spots instead. For things like freckles, I recommend lightly setting with powder before applying another layer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 30, 2024
It absorbs smoothly and feels hydrating on the skin. The pen applicator makes it convenient and hygienic to use. That specific area appears darker with an orange tint. You need to apply it thinly and precisely. Second from the top - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2024
Compared to the 1.5 Natural Beige I used before, this is a brighter pink-beige color. It applies smoothly without feeling thick, causing minimal irritation. The soft texture allows for easy and even application. Since I only use it to tone down my lip line, I don't have any particular complaints. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 22, 2024
Absorbs smoothly and provides excellent coverage. The shade 21 is a perfect match for my skin tone. While it covers well, the color sits on top of the skin. When I try to blend it out, it just wipes off completely... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 19, 2024
It absorbs smoothly and provides great coverage. The Saem is also budget-friendly, which is a plus! It's a bit inconvenient to have to sharpen it, but I guess that means there's more product? If you apply powder before using this, it actually seems to make it harder to spread and less smooth to apply. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMar 19, 2024
It applies smoothly, which is great because if it were too stiff, it could make your base makeup flake off. No worries about that here! The coverage is excellent too. I actually bought it to correct eyebrow mistakes, but it's amazing at covering blemishes as well. (Though next time, I'll probably go for shade 1.5 or 2. I'm a 23 but I think I chose one that's a bit too light for me.) My only regret is that I picked the wrong shade for myself. Otherwise, I'm absolutely thrilled with the product itself! Make sure to choose the color recommended on the product page when you buy. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 11, 2023
This concealer is truly a jack-of-all-trades. It effectively covers blemishes and dark circles - it's just so versatile. For spot coverage, you can easily sketch it on like a pencil and pat it in with your fingers. It makes touch-ups on-the-go super simple, even without a beauty sponge. I was worried that since it's not a liquid formula, it might be super dry and cakey under the eyes, but surprisingly, it glides on smoothly and doesn't feel dry at all on that delicate area. To sum up, it's perfect for quick touch-ups when you're out and about! It's great for covering dark circles and even for highlighting the aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness)! The only downside is the need to sharpen it every time it wears down. As someone who finds everything a hassle, this was a bit annoying, but it's not a deal-breaker. Also, it seems to wear down a bit faster than expected! (Though that might just be because I use it so much). But overall, I still really like it!
