This BB cream is truly gentle on the skin and actually has a soothing effect! While it doesn't offer heavy coverage, it does a great job of concealing reddened blood vessels. I often receive compliments on how much my skin has improved when I wear this. There's a bit of oiliness at first, but unlike other BB creams that become increasingly greasy over time, the Waterfull BB cream doesn't lead to an oil explosion on your face. After applying sunscreen, I use my fingers to apply a small amount of this, focusing on areas with redness. It layers beautifully for a natural look even when reapplied. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 11, 2025
This BB cream doesn't have the typical grayish or reddish tint. It seems suitable even for those with slightly fair skin tones. It's quite rich, so after a while, it makes your skin look excessively shiny. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2024
1. I bought this to mix with my BB cream and foundation for application. 2. It's extremely moisturizing, so it would be great for those with very dry skin. 1. The price is ridiculously expensive. 2. It's way too oily. Unless it's freezing cold outside, it's hard to use. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2023
I decided to try this after hearing that mixing BB cream with foundation improves staying power and gives a better skin texture. What I love about this BB cream is its bright color, which sets it apart from others. It's also great that it's not too oily - the richness is just right! The price point feels a bit high, considering you'd need to find it on sale to get it in the 30,000 won range. It doesn't offer much coverage and mainly works for evening out skin tone. When used alone, it can make your skin look a bit shiny. When mixed with foundation, it improves staying power and reduces dryness! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2022
I have combination dehydrated skin with a complexion between shades 22 and 23. My skin also has some texture issues! This was my first time using a shake-before-use BB cream. I initially used it without shaking, but after re-reading the instructions, I tried again and now I'm writing this review! 1. When I had to go to my part-time job and didn't feel like doing a full face of makeup, I just applied this BB cream and drew my eyebrows. It looked natural and not bad at all. As advertised, it really did give that 'Inner Glow' effect, which I absolutely love! I think this BB cream is great for achieving a natural look. 2. It doesn't break down badly throughout the day, and touch-ups are easy! 3. It didn't make my skin tone look overly pale or emphasize dead skin cells. However, because it's a squeeze-tube BB cream, it was a bit tricky to control the amount. I had to squeeze out a pea-sized amount and apply it gradually. The first time, too much came out, and I couldn't use it all, so I had to wipe some off. 4. I love how moisturizing it is and how smoothly it absorbs, almost like applying a hydrating moisturizer! This makes me want to apply it thickly, but you really need to layer it on bit by bit. 1. Considering its size, the price is... well, it's just too expensive. 2. Since my skin tends to be oily, when the 'Inner Glow' effect breaks down, it makes my skin look greasy, like a mix of sweat and oil. 3. I found it a bit difficult to cleanse off. An oil-based makeup remover is absolutely necessary. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 20, 2022
As a lucky winner from The Hwahae Testers, I, with my combination dehydrated skin, carefully applied this after hydrating and used it every time I went out! Let me list the advantages: - Delivers a true Inner Glow effect - Makes skin look fantastic - Applies smoothly even with fingers and provides coverage (see photo) - Initially very white (I use shade 22), but blends naturally over time (there's some darkening, but it's fine for my shade 22) - Perfect for seasonal transitions! - So good I want to put it in a cushion compact for touch-ups * Shaking before use makes me nervous every time * The texture can be a bit cumbersome for touch-ups when out * Not recommended for those who dislike transfer onto masks * Not suitable for oily skin as it gets a bit rich later * If you skimp on skincare before applying, it really emphasizes dead skin cells * Fortunately(?), I didn't experience any blemish breakouts... The combination with Etude's hydrating base is incredibly good. Seriously, those with combination dehydrated skin, take note of this... When you apply it and pat it in with your hands, wow, your skin looks like you've just had a facial treatment! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 24, 2019
It stays put for hours without breaking down, and the color blends beautifully with my skin tone While it can give a nice glow, the high oil content might sometimes make you look more greasy than dewy - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 4, 2018
It seems to provide a nice dewy effect. I think it would be particularly effective for those with dry skin rather than oily or combination skin types. While it does seem to give a dewy glow, my skin type is closer to oily combination, so it quickly makes me look greasy. I find myself using oil blotting papers more often than when I used other products. Also, it tends to pill when applying makeup and feels more like a CC cream. You need to use quite a bit to get a BB cream-like coverage.
