Application/Absorption:
When pumped, it comes out slightly thick, but spreads smoothly on the skin. It doesn't feel like it's sinking in or absorbing deeply. This cream definitely doesn't give a firming or tightening sensation.

It's a cream that sits on top of the skin rather than absorbing. This 'floating' feeling seems to actually reduce skin irritation.

Effectiveness:
True to its sensitive skin formula, it feels incredibly gentle on the skin. It's as light as if you've applied nothing at all.

While it doesn't provide deep hydration, it does moisturize the skin's surface well. Those with very dry skin might find the hydration insufficient.

It does have a rich feel, but the refined, transparent, and clean oil sensation doesn't feel sticky or heavy.

This product is truly amazing... I used to live without knowing what dry skin felt like, but about two years ago, I started feeling extreme tightness and dryness. You only need to pump once or twice to apply. The texture isn't too thick, so it doesn't pill even when applied before makeup in the morning. It doesn't feel overly rich either. It's just perfect.

Actually, both this and Effaclar are called creams, but they're really more like emulsions. Anyway, I'm super satisfied with it.

I tend to apply it generously, so I go through it quickly. At $32, the small size means it's not the most cost-effective option. Still, the results are so good that I'm on my fourth tube.

Despite being a cream, it had an emulsion-like texture that absorbed quickly, leaving my skin deeply hydrated with no deep dryness. I ordered the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 and used the sample. After using the Cicaplast, I found the application texture to be very smooth. I used it for a total of 3 days, and each time I applied it, my major breakouts were visibly calmed.
Even when applying a thin layer, I did not feel a lack of moisture.
