It's incredibly hydrating! And getting 100 sheets for just 5,000 won is truly legendary. Plus, it's absolutely drenched in essence! However, it doesn't really have a cooling effect. First off, I tend to get more whiteheads and sebum issues rather than blemishes on my face. Since using this product, I haven't been experiencing excessive breakouts! Perhaps it's because of the cica ingredients, but it seems to be really beneficial for my skin. The cotton fibers on the pads tend to fray when you pick them up. After applying, I could really feel the cooling effect as the skin's heat subsided. It did an excellent job of soothing my skin that was feeling hot and inflamed. While it was good at reducing the heat sensation, I honestly couldn't tell if it helped with calming blemishes or not.
