Secondly, the 1g measure: There's a lot of talk about using a 500 won coin-sized amount of sunscreen. I like the idea of including a spoon to measure out the proper 1g amount for your face. There's also a stick version containing 1g, which is great for travel - less bulk, use it and toss it! Lastly, no eye irritation: This is crucial for me in sunscreens. I've tried various PH Habi sunscreens - tone-up pink, beige, matte - and none irritate my eyes, which is fantastic! The downside is the shininess. As someone who's battled blemishes for 5 years, I'm super sensitive about skincare ingredients due to my reactive skin. I know sunscreen is essential, even for acne-prone skin, but I'm always wary of choosing one. The wrong product can make my skin oilier and cause more breakouts. I received this as a gift from a friend and tried it out. On makeup-free days, applying just this evens my skin tone and leaves a lovely matte finish. It's perfect! Fellow acne sufferers, you've got to try this! If there's one downside, it might be the price. To be honest, I wasn't even aware of this brand before. It's actually a great product, and I hope it gains more recognition! My skin gets incredibly oily overnight, so I always use a low pH cleanser. For those who say their skin is very oily, I'd recommend applying this without washing your face with a cleanser in the morning.

I used to worry about constantly getting blemishes when only applying sunscreen, but I think it was because mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide clogged my pores and didn't cleanse well. Since using this product, I haven't experienced those deep, stubborn pimples that usually appear with mineral sunscreens. It's amazing! While there's a lot of advice for acne-prone skin to use only mineral sunscreens, I recommend trying hybrid or chemical sunscreens as if you have nothing to lose. This product deserves a full 5 stars for not significantly triggering breakouts. As someone sensitive to ingredients, I've had issues with creams or cushions containing stearic acid before, but this product didn't cause any major problems! I guess it really depends on the concentration. Among all the brightening moisturizers and sunscreens I've tried, this one has the best absorption and gives a beautiful brightening effect while keeping skin hydrated. It also works well under makeup. For a natural brightening effect, go for beige. For a more radiant look, choose pink. I tend to get oily around my chin area, and occasionally I get small bumps there, possibly due to the rich formula. However, the benefits outweigh this minor issue, so I continue using it! It's manageable with proper application. Those with oily skin might find it a bit rich, but for my combination dehydrated skin, it was perfect! If it feels too rich, try mixing in a bit of Alive:Lab Centella Powder. Even though I usually break out from powder, this combination worked well for me! It also improved the staying power. As someone with oily skin, here's my take: 1. Skip the cream step (summer only) With my oily complexion, applying cream before sunscreen caused some pilling issues. 2. Brightening effect Between beige and pink, the pink version gives a more radiant look! It naturally brightens your complexion by about half a shade. 3. Quick absorption Instead of rubbing, try patting it in for faster absorption! (A bonus is no white cast, which is great for a chemical sunscreen!) 4. Perfect base for makeup Switching from mineral to chemical sunscreen made a huge difference - my makeup applies so much better now! 5. No blemishes My skin felt really comfortable throughout use. 1. Chemical sunscreen drawback Due to the nature of chemical sunscreens absorbing heat, you might feel some warmth on your face. I love how it applies smoothly without any stickiness, leaving my skin feeling hydrated. What's even better is that it doesn't pill or cause my makeup to separate when I apply it on top. It's such a satisfying product! It also has a natural brightening effect that's perfect for light outings, which I really appreciate. The coverage is a bit lacking, but since it's primarily a sunscreen, I solved this by using a concealer.

It provides both hydration and a rich feel. I noticed later that it actually contains skincare ingredients, which is a nice bonus. For someone like me who prefers intense hydration in skincare, this was just too greasy and sticky. At first, I applied it without knowing better and absolutely disliked it. Recently, I learned the proper application method, which helped, but I still have some issues. There's a bit of eye irritation! Keep your skincare routine light with this. It seems to provide sufficient hydration on its own.

I apply this before my cushion foundation, and even before the cushion, it feels like it's covering my pores...? It brightens without being overwhelming, doesn't feel heavy or greasy, allows for a glowing complexion, and makes makeup go on smoothly. You absolutely must try this! They say 1 gram is the amount needed for the face, but to me, it feels like quite a lot. If you keep rubbing it in, it just gets whiter, you know? It contains skincare ingredients, which makes it absorb well. It's not drying and also evens skin tone, making it perfect as a foundation-free product. I love that it comes with a 1-gram spoon, unlike other products, allowing you to check the exact amount you're using. The downside is that those with oily skin might find it a bit rich. I'm using it as a set with the Moonshot cushion because they work so well together!
