The fragrance was lovely! There was no artificial feel, and there was hardly any lingering scent, which I liked. The lather was also abundant.

Pros
I usually write reviews after using up almost all of the purchased product. I don't really like scented products because I dislike the strange scent that occurs when I use shampoo and conditioner together. However, the Nard Sensitive Scalp Care Shampoo has a mild scent that I like! Using it leaves me with a refreshing, cool feeling.

As I had heard, it was really gentle. Since my scalp gets oily quickly, I wash my hair twice a day, and using this product, my scalp didn't feel too dry, and my hair felt less frizzy than before. I was worried that it might start smelling right away since there's no artificial fragrance, but after washing, it doesn't seem to have a particularly strong odor.
Cons
Since it's a mildly acidic product, the cleansing power doesn't seem to be exceptionally strong. When my scalp was in good condition, it was fine to use, but when I developed seborrheic dermatitis, using this product seemed to make the odor and inflammation even worse. I stopped using it and switched to a shampoo with stronger cleansing power, and the skin irritation subsided in just two days.
Tip
For those of us with oily scalps, it might be a good idea to do a pre-wash with a separate shampoo, or use this shampoo in the morning and a stronger cleansing product in the evening.
