It has a strong aromatic tea tree fragrance that I adore. I switched shampoos because my scalp was constantly itchy, and I'm pleased with the cleansing effectiveness. It seems to be doing the job well. I'm satisfied and definitely plan to repurchase!
ConsThe bottle design seems a bit too focused on aesthetics. While it's pretty, the pump doesn't work well. Also, I've had trouble distinguishing it from the conditioner, which has been inconvenient at times.

You can use it for scalp massages too.
ConsI wouldn't recommend this to those who prefer shampoos that lather a lot.

I really love this shampoo. I bought it after carefully examining the ingredients. ✔️Scent: The tea tree herbal scent is lovely. It's a familiar aroma for those who enjoy herbal, tea tree, and forest-like fragrances. ✔️Pump: Although the pump opening is narrow and dispenses a bit less product, it didn't break down throughout the entire use of the bottle. ✔️Design: Nad's design speaks for itself. The packaging is truly beautiful and sophisticated. ✔️Price: I purchased it for 10,900 won per bottle on Hwahae. Great value!
ConsThe pump opening is narrow, so the amount dispensed in one press is small. You need to press at least twice for an adequate amount.
TipI'm providing photographic evidence of an almost empty bottle to prove how much I've used it!

So I checked the shampoo rankings on Hwahae and decided to try Nad shampoo for the first time. Getting regular scalp and hair treatments at a salon was too expensive to maintain, so I opted for a professional shampoo instead, and I must say, it's not bad at all. First off, the subtle herbal scent is so calming - it improves my mood and feels therapeutic. The bottle size is just right, neither too big nor too small, which my family appreciates. As the weather starts to warm up, I'm looking forward to how this cool scent might help refresh my scalp in the summer.
ConsThe only downside is that this shampoo doesn't lather much. I wonder if it's because it doesn't contain surfactants or similar ingredients... It's curious how shampoos with questionable ingredients tend to lather well, while those with safer ingredients often don't. It's a bit of a conundrum - should I be reassured by the lack of lather?
TipI've found that the best way to use this shampoo is to thoroughly wet your hair first, then massage the shampoo into different sections to create a lather. Then, spread that lather to other parts of your hair as you wash. This method seems to make it easier to use. Otherwise, you might find yourself going through the product very quickly.

ConsLike most scalp shampoos, it leaves my hair feeling stiff and coarse.
TipI rarely bother with reviews, but I'm making an exception for this product. Listen up! You should only use scalp shampoos once a month! It's just like exfoliating! You don't exfoliate every day, right? I made the mistake of using this daily, and my scalp became super sensitive. When I dyed my hair afterward, the itching was unbearable. The dye wasn't cheap, and no amount of care products could soothe my scalp. Remember this: scalp shampoo is like exfoliation. Once a month, that's it!

I've mainly used anti-hair loss shampoos before, but when they didn't suit me, my scalp would get itchy and red, forcing me to rinse again with water a few times. - Scent: A refreshing herbal aroma with notes of peppermint - Lather: Despite its good ingredients, it still lathers well - Oil control: Effectively removes excess oil, feels refreshing, and rinses out completely without residue! - Ingredients: The quality ingredients seem to prevent itching when switching shampoos, and my scalp felt comfortable even the next day. The price is reasonable, and both the fragrance and ingredients are great. It doesn't cause redness on my scalp. I feel like my hair produces less oil and sheds less until I wash it the next afternoon. It cleanses so well that it leaves my hair feeling slightly stiff, but that's fine since I use a treatment afterward.
ConsI haven't found anything disappointing so far. I wish they would offer a larger size option beyond 500ml.

As someone who dislikes perfumed shampoos, I appreciate the subtle, natural aroma of this product. It lathers well and has good cleansing effectiveness.
ConsCompared to shampoos containing silicone, its cleansing power is somewhat lower, so I avoid using it when my hair is particularly oily.

After trying various products, I settled on Biotrum shampoo (direct from Germany, used dozens of bottles) and Isol scalp shampoo (used at least 5 bottles), which I was satisfied with. However, after using them for so long, I got bored and started looking for a more affordable option. Nad was decent and good. The herbal scent was closer to tea tree than relaxing, but it was mild enough to be pleasant. It removed oil adequately, keeping my hair grease-free for two days. Using the shampoo alone was sufficient to keep my hair soft, and overall, there wasn't much to complain about with this product.
ConsWhile I don't have any specific complaints, I'm already bored after using two bottles in a row. It's just... unremarkably okay? Since there are many shampoos out there, I want to find an even better one. The pump doesn't work well. With other products, I can use them as they are, but with this one, I have to carefully remove it and pay extra attention when pumping. It's annoying to use... I wonder if this is almost considered defective.
TipFor short hair, using a shampoo brush feels refreshing. For long hair, brushing before washing helps reduce hair loss and makes washing easier. If the lather doesn't form well, first use a scalp shampoo and then wash again. This way, you'll realize it's not the product failing to lather, but your hair being too oily.

Texture: When you use this shampoo, it gives a slightly cool, refreshing sensation. I love that it feels invigorating without any irritating ingredients. My scalp tends to get oily quickly, and with the wrong shampoo, my hair can become greasy by evening even if I wash it in the morning. But that doesn't happen with this one. After washing, my hair feels wonderfully fresh. Scent: The fragrance isn't overpowering - it's a light, cool herbal scent. Every time I use it, the subtle herbal aroma rises, making the experience even more refreshing. The scent isn't too strong, which is great for those sensitive to fragrances. Lather: I was pleased to find that despite having gentle, naturally-derived ingredients, it still produces a rich lather. I always look for good lathering ability in shampoos because those that don't lather well leave me feeling unsatisfied. The Sensitive Scalp Care Shampoo didn't disappoint in this aspect.
ConsPost-wash Hair Texture: There's one downside - my hair feels stiff after using it. If I don't use conditioner or treatment, my already damaged hair becomes difficult to comb through. You can feel the stiffness when you touch your hair after shampooing.
TipSince the hair tends to become stiff after shampooing, using a treatment or conditioner afterwards helps prevent tangling and keeps the hair soft and manageable.

Slightly sensitive 2. Normal to oily (usually wash hair at night, but by the next evening it's already greasy, so can't go more than a day without washing) - Scent: Herbal-like? It's hard to pinpoint exactly, but the fragrance is quite strong. - Texture: Transparent, with a consistency similar to a runny essence (not too thin) - Lather: Not excessively foamy, but seems to produce more lather compared to other scalp care shampoos. - Sensation during use: Cool and refreshing - After use: 1. Immediately after washing: The scalp feels cool, and while the hair feels slightly stiff, it's much less so compared to other scalp care shampoos - just a bit stiffer than regular shampoo. 2. After about 5 days of use: No blemishes on the scalp (though I rarely get them there anyway, more often around the hairline). It doesn't feel very irritating, but those who haven't used scalp care or cooling shampoos before might find it a bit intense. Oil production has decreased somewhat, but not enough to extend the time between washes to two days. - Pros: 1. Refreshing sensation (less irritating than expected given the cooling effect) 2. Reduced oiliness 3. Generous lather for a scalp care shampoo
ConsThe scent is quite strong, which might be uncomfortable for some, but it's tolerable - likely a matter of personal preference.
