  Pros

  Thanks to a great shipping deal, I got to try this amazing product! I've always stuck to other brands, focusing solely on effective exfoliation. But this one removes dead skin cells just as well, so I think I'll keep using it regularly.

  Cons

  Nothing really. As I mentioned above, I'm in the camp that believes exfoliating pads just need to do their job well.

  Tip

  Daily use is too harsh on the skin. In winter, I use it about twice a week, and in summer, around three times a week.

  Pros

  These pore pads seem excellent for exfoliating dead skin cells and refining skin texture! After use, I love how my skin feels smoother, and the finish is wonderfully hydrating. The best part? The easy-to-open lid and built-in tongs for storage! Unlike other pads with twist-off lids and inconvenient tong storage, these have tongs that attach right to the lid - so convenient! I don't think I can use any other pads now, just because of this clever lid and tong design!

  Everything's great, except the scent wasn't to my liking. It has a faint, medicinal smell, almost unscented.

  I found that leaving the pads on your face for about 1-2 minutes before use helps with better exfoliation and seems to provide even more hydration!

  As someone with oily skin prone to excess sebum and enlarged pores, I'm always on the lookout for effective skincare solutions. That's why I regularly use toner pads to cleanse my pores and remove dead skin cells! This product is fantastic because it combines exfoliation and toning in one easy step. The houttuynia cordata extract is great for soothing the skin, making it suitable even for those with super sensitive skin. The scent is a subtle, pleasant herbal aroma. The pads are vegan-certified, with one side embossed for gentle exfoliation and the other smooth for hydration. They're quite thick, and while you can feel the texture of the embossed side, it's so soft that there's absolutely no irritation when cleansing! In fact, these are the most comfortable embossed pads I've ever used. Finishing with the smooth side leaves my skin feeling beautifully hydrated.

  Cons

  There weren't any real downsides, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say it would be nice if there were more than 60 pads in a pack.

  Tip

  There's usually plenty of essence left on the pad after use, so I like to leave it on my face as a toner mask until it dries!

  I've always used the ceramide line, but I got lucky and snagged a great shipping deal this time. I'm really pleased with this line - it's got centella asiatica for soothing, gluconolactone for gentle dead skin cell removal, and panthenol too, making it a powerhouse combo. It seems like a fantastic line overall. I'll update my review after I've used it more.

  For shipping, I think it would've been better to use paper cushioning instead of bubble wrap!
