📌 Dry skin + dermatitis + redness + blemishes + sensitive skin The moisturizing power is really good... I think those with dry skin will be satisfied. For me, as an oily-skinned person, it feels too much to apply on my face, so I only use it on my neck ( ᐕ)੭

My skin ☞ Oily / Acne I applied a lot without knowing the topic of my skin...haha. It left some trouble spots. Acne-prone skin should only be applied a little..haha. I bought the 4-piece kit just by paying the shipping fee, so it's a mini size🐥. Usually, I apply more under the eyes or on the neck, so it seems like fewer wrinkles will form😎. Oily skin is better to apply in the fall or winter😃.

First of all, I really love the texture and moisturizing feel of this product!! These days, my skin has been so dry that my makeup would accentuate the flaky skin around my nose and cheeks, but that issue has definitely improved! I have combination skin that's on the oily side, so heavy creams would often worsen my blackheads, but this product doesn't do that!! It seems to strike a good balance between oil and moisture.
Cons
The fact that it's a jar-type cream means you have to be more mindful of hygiene... And a very minor point, but while the expiration date is printed on the container, the period after opening isn't specified anywhere - I had to throw away the box. But those are really just nitpicky things! It's such a great product that I can overlook them.

My skin type is oily in the T-zone and dry on the outer parts of my face, and I tend to have some skin troubles. Since I'm currently staying at my parents' place, the cleansing products don't seem to suit my skin type, so I often feel tightness after cleansing. I first apply a toner, then a lotion, and then a repair cream. But after the night cream, I've been skipping the repair cream and just using the night cream. The texture is like butter, and it's very moisturizing. Most importantly, it leaves a finish without any oiliness, which I really like.

💙Skin Type I have combination (dry + sensitive) and acne-prone skin. My acne mainly appears on my nose, chin, and cheeks. If a product doesn't suit me, my face immediately becomes irritated. 💙Texture It applies smoothly and moisturizes well. When I spread the balm on my face, it makes my skin feel smooth and well-groomed. 💙Absorption At first, it felt a bit greasy on my skin, like I had applied oil. But if I continue to gently touch my face, the product gets absorbed and my skin becomes more hydrated. (If you apply too much, your face may feel oily and the absorption slows down) - Apply an appropriate amount! 💙Fragrance I didn't have any "What's that smell?" reactions to the fragrance. It seems to be quite mild, like a faint ointment-like scent, but not overpowering. 💙Effectiveness My face feels more balanced and soothed. Pros
I have sensitive skin with dry patches. People with dry skin types are often told to absolutely avoid stearic acid, and they end up avoiding that ingredient no matter what. When I use ingredients that clog my pores, I always end up with some kind of breakout. 🙁 After carefully selecting products and trying them out, I found that I don't get breakouts as long as I'm mindful of the ingredients, so I always check the ingredients when applying to be a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. In the morning and evening, I cleanse my face and then use skin and cream in that order. I usually also use an ampoule, but I didn't this time since I was curious about the cream's effect on my skin. My makeup in the morning did feel a bit tight, though. 🥺 The cream contains palmitic acid instead of stearic acid, which can also clog pores. I was a bit worried about that, but after using it for about a week, I haven't had any breakouts, thankfully. The texture is like soft butter, so it feels a bit heavy when applying, but the application is smooth like scooping pudding, which is quite pleasant. As for the scent, it's not particularly strong or unpleasant, just a neutral, unremarkable fragrance. The absorption is great - it doesn't leave a sticky or greasy residue at all. The butter-like texture feels heavy initially, but it gets absorbed quickly, leaving no tackiness or transfer. Since I skipped the ampoule, the moisturizing and hydrating effects weren't as impressive, especially in the morning when my skin felt a bit dry and tight around the nose, forehead, and cheeks. But in the evening, it felt light and nicely hydrated. People with very dry skin may find it not hydrating enough.

The product didn't come with a spatula! It's in a jar-type packaging, but there's no separate spatula included, which was inconvenient and made me worry about hygiene. Luckily, I was able to borrow one from my sibling to use. The moisturizing power is lacking!!!! Even though it has a buttery texture, once it gets absorbed, it just leaves a lightweight, fresh feeling, rather than deeply hydrating. I don't recommend this for people with very dry skin.
Tip
Applying a toner or essence before the moisturizer can really help boost the hydrating effects, especially before makeup. After evening cleansing, I found that applying an extra layer or two on my drier areas like the forehead and chin made my skin feel much more moisturized and comfortable. For those with very dry skin, this might not be enough, especially in the winter. I'd recommend layering it over a good toner or lotion, or doing an extra application on dry patches after cleansing.
