It adheres thinly and contains so much essence that you can apply it all over your body! Even with my combination dehydrated skin, I can use it without any blemishes appearing. You won't see dramatic results from just one use. You can easily apply it by gently pressing it down starting from your forehead. The color is slightly yellow, but after application, the ampoule absorbs and it turns white! Rather than becoming completely white after just one use, it becomes more translucent? But after using it twice or more, it definitely evens out your complexion and noticeably brightens your skin! Among Mediheal's many famous products, I think their sheet masks are probably the most well-known. I use various types of Mediheal masks, but lately I've been reaching for the Vita ones the most because of my dark spots and blemishes. When I buy sheet masks, I consider the sheet quality extremely important. I don't like ones that are too stiff, thick, or don't adhere well. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of overly thin sheets either. Mediheal mask sheets have just the right thickness and adhere well to the skin, plus they seem to absorb well into the skin. I make sure to use a sheet mask every other day after showering! Not only is the product effectiveness great, but the value for money is also good, and they often have sales. It's actually harder to find things to complain about! I don't think I'm the only one who does this, but after using the sheet mask, I always make sure to pat the remaining essence thoroughly onto my feet before throwing it away. It was moisturizing and absorbed well. There was minimal stickiness even after application. I'm not sure if it was because of this, but the next day I had a massive breakout of blemishes. Skin Type & Information: Late 30s female, combination skin, large pores, whiteheads, rarely experiences blemishes but occasional pimples, sometimes gets milia on forehead Usage Period: Used about once every 3 days for about a week Scent: Clean and fresh lemon scent, not overpowering Absorption: Absorbs well without leaving residue, leaving skin feeling hydrated Effects: Made with Vitamin C ingredients, it noticeably brightens complexion. Also helps fade dark spots and blemishes Drawbacks: Not sure if it's due to Vitamin C or this specific product, but there's a slight warming sensation after use. It's not particularly irritating or tingling. This wasn't experienced with other mask types from the same line. Not recommended for those with super sensitive skin

It provides excellent hydration, and the mask sheet is so soft that it doesn't seem to irritate the skin. It's disappointing that fragrance is listed in the ingredients... Using this once a week really brightens up my face! It seems to boost both hydration and complexion at the same time. My sensitive skin feels a slight tingling, but it doesn't cause an allergic reaction.
